We move on to the lesson that can help you to create a life worth living.
This lesson is to honor,
Value,
And respect your feminine consciousness,
Your feminine energy,
And to value and honor the females in your life equally as males.
The feminine energy that is a part of who you are regardless of your gender.
I want to help you to understand something about your consciousness.
My spirituality is my personal and private relationship with the divine.
With God God is all that is.
Everyone is spiritual because everyone has a soul and spirit and everyone has a relationship with their spirituality.
Now the quality of that relationship might be one of denial,
Might be sorely lacking any depth or meaning to it,
But it still exists.
You cannot not have a relationship with your soul and spirit.
As long as you're alive you have both inside of you.
Your spirituality and your relationship to the divine is found through this bridge,
This connection that you have with your own soul.
Your soul by nature is feminine.
Your spirit by nature is masculine.
When you can bring these two together,
When you can understand regardless of your gender that you have feminine energy and you understand the components of it,
You can begin to create wholeness and oneness.
But in order to do so you need to own the power that's within you.
The power to create your own reality.
That power comes from your soul and spirit.
To value and respect the differences that make you unique,
Which are again characteristics of your truer self,
Your soul and spirit.
Your passion feeds your soul.
Spirituality is your personal and private relationship with your soul and spirit.
Thus with goddess and with God.
Because the goddess is connected to soul and God is connected to spirit.
We live in a world that has masculine and feminine energy.
Yet religion has divided out the feminine for the most part.
It's hard to fathom why religion would eliminate the feminine expression of the divine.
God the Father,
God the Son and then the Holy Spirit.
Whatever the heck that is,
Right?
But it's not feminine because it's powerful.
Men who created religion said God is powerful.
Therefore it must be masculine and has denied the feminine.
Feminine energy is power.
When you express that power by taking action upon it,
It creates a strength.
Strength is masculine.
Power is feminine.
When you embrace the feminine energy of your soul,
You connect with your inner power.
And how you do that is by understanding the differences between the masculine and feminine.
Between soul and spirit.
The honor and value and respect your feminine energy.
It's important to understand what it is.
Feminine energy is your imagination,
Your creativity,
Your passion,
Your intuition,
Your emotional nature,
Your feelings are feminine.
Willpower is masculine.
To apply your will.
To make a choice.
To decide.
You've imagined the possibilities.
Now I'm going to decide which one to do.
The feminine is imagination and decision and willpower is the masculine.
Passion is feminine but compassion is masculine.
Now that gets to be a little tricky for most people to understand because of the twist of chauvinism.
It's hard to see and sense compassion as a masculine energy.
Compassion is a special kind of caring that can heal.
It truly is a dynamic force of healing.
Joy is a masculine energy.
Thinking,
Logic and reason is masculine.
Feelings are feminine.
Thinking is masculine.
As intuition is feminine,
Logic and reason is masculine.
Thinking and feeling is the key.
Not to do one or the other.
Not to get stuck in your emotions or be stuck up in your head.
But to bring them together gives birth to wisdom.
Logic and reason and intuition.
You need them all.
You need to bring them together.
But we tend to identify with one or the other.
We've certainly learned to value one over the other.
Either or.
This or that.
Oh it's just your imagination.
You're just fantasizing.
It doesn't have any value.
Just go out there and do stuff.
Don't sit there and daydream.
Get your to-do list.
Fulfill your duties and obligations.
Just apply your willpower.
Plow through the day.
That's what's more valued than to imagine,
To dream,
To pause,
To reflect,
To meditate.
The feminine energy can support and nurture the masculine.
The masculine can protect and honor the feminine when they are in harmony with each other.
How you bring them together is to honor the qualities of both.
Now equality doesn't mean sameness.
Your feminine energy is different than the masculine.
But they work together and you need both.
Your soul is equally valuable as your spirit.
When you realize that,
I'm the one who's elevating the masculine and devaluing the feminine.
And I can change that.
I'm the one who's been repressing my imagination,
My feelings,
And my creativity.
And I've been the one denying or not making time to explore my joys and passions.
When you can truly bring them together,
When the feminine and the masculine within you wed,
They give birth to being whole.
Where I feel complete.
I can create my reality and I can be conscious of what I attract into it.
And I can fulfill my life.
It's important to understand how they work together.
Feminine energy is power.
It is your soul's power.
It is the goddess's power.
When you value it and love it equally,
Paying attention to it,
Seeking to understand it,
When you take action upon that power and you act upon those feelings that you're aware of,
Or you shift and change your feelings,
You can act upon your imagination,
Your creativity,
Your passion.
You are feeding your soul.
When you do that,
The masculine energy of doing becomes a strength.
Your power turns into strength.
Being powerful.
Feminine energy is being.
Masculine energy is doing.
Feminine energy is power.
A person who lives life and at the end of it,
It was a life worth living,
Is a person who has power and strength within themselves that no one can take away from them.
It is theirs.
