How to activate your life force energy to accelerate healing using the principles of guided visualization to improve your health and well-being. You can use this guided visualization for a specific illness or injury or you can use it as a general preventative maintenance for your health and healing or for times whenever your energy is very low you feel a cold is coming on or that you're in jeopardy of your health and well-being. So let's begin. Close your eyes. Begin by taking in a long slow deep breath and let go. Take in a second long slow deep breath and then gently let go as you exhale and now take in a third long slow deep breath and as you exhale letting go and going deeper letting go of the cares and the concerns of this moment as you breathe out becoming quiet calm and still. For this is your time a sacred time to disconnect from the outside world and to reconnect to become more conscious of your inner world your inner world of thought feeling imagination creativity and even intuition. So as you allow your breathing to return to its own natural rhythm feel the music surrounding you in a blanket of relaxation and you allow the music and the sound of my voice to help enhance your experience of this guided visualization and give me your full attention for the next 20 minutes in order to successfully visualize and to accelerate your healing and well-being. Now focus your attention. Draw your attention to the tiny muscles that control your eyes. As your eyes are relaxed and behind the closed lids begin to lift your eyes slightly upward as if you're looking out through a tiny window in the center of your brow. We project a lot of mental energy through our eyes I want you now to begin to draw your awareness from the outside world to draw your energy back inside into your eyes and then behind your eyes into the center of your head. Focus your attention deep behind your eyes in the center of your head becoming centered relaxed and at ease. Your eyes are quiet and comfortable and you are very easily becoming centered focused relaxed and at ease. And now gently I would like for you to just sense any tension within your face your facial muscles beginning to loosen and let go. Feel the tightness across the brow and through the scalp loosening releasing and letting go. All the muscles of your face let loose of their expression and your face relaxes and your jaw relax and if your tongue is pressed against the roof of your mouth simply allow your tongue to go back into the center of your mouth where it belongs. Relax your tongue and let go. Allow the expansion of relaxation to fill every muscle in your face. If you need to move your jaw from side to side to shake out any tension go right ahead for your face is becoming very relaxed as you feel the gentle healing energy beginning to build beginning to build behind your eyes and expanding through the muscles of your face and feel the relaxation making its way down into your throat and neck. It is the most wonderful feeling to allow yourself to let loose of tension and fatigue to let that tension and fatigue simply drain away without effort letting go as the relaxation expands from your throat into your shoulders making its way down into your arms. Feel your biceps, Your forearms, Wrists and hands relaxing completely all the way down to your fingertips. Your arms are completely relaxed and you take in another long slow deep breath and as you exhale you feel the relaxation expand from your lungs down through your torso a gentle wave of relaxation flowing down the torso of your body flowing down washing away the tension the tiredness as your entire torso is bathed and relaxing peaceful energy and the relaxation travels down your spinal column your spinal cord all the way down to the base of your spine and the relaxation divides at the base of your spine moving into the buttocks and down into your thighs making its way to your knees and then down to your calves ankles and feet from the crown of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes your entire body is completely relaxed now to expand the awareness of your body and the vibration of healing throughout your body I'm gonna have you do this simple exercise in just a moment I'm gonna have you take in a long slow deep breath and then as you exhale you're gonna keep your mouth closed and you're gonna hum as you exhale feeling the vibration in your chest your lungs your entire body tingling from the vibration as you slowly exhale the oxygen and hum as you exhale letting go so let's do it together now take in a long slow deep breath and then relax as you hum breathing out through your nose as you feel the vibration humming through your body breathing out here the hum feel the hum the vibration within you take in another long slow deep breath filling your lungs with life-giving oxygen holding for a moment as it blesses and refreshes and then now exhale and hum breathing out here the hum feel the hum excellent ration within you now just let yourself relax for I'm gonna take you on a journey a mental journey and to allow your imagination to open and expand and as I guide you through this journey to a sacred island a beautiful tropical island with crystal clear beautiful water surrounding this island a private beach a sacred place lost somewhere in the tropics this beautiful island is safe for there is no one else on the island except you you are completely safe surrounded by the beauty of nature and as I count from three to one at the count of one you will open your mind in your imagination to sense this beautiful sacred island an oasis of healing three to drifting and focusing on the sound of my voice and one you begin to imagine as you lift your mental eyes to see the crystal-clear sky as you lift your eyes to see the vast blue sky hovering above you with warm golden light from the Sun streaming down with no clouds to block its view you feel the warm rays of sunlight on your face and body you begin to look around and see the lush tropical forest of palm trees there in the distance as you stand on this beautiful tropical island you look out over the ocean and you see the turquoise waters and the white foam from the last wave that crashed quickly absorbing into the earth into the sand just down at the edge of the beach and you see the turquoise waters as they grow deep and cool and mysterious the further they reach towards the sky on the horizon there's not a cloud in the sky it is a perfectly beautiful warm comfortable day on this tropical island and you immediately know that you are safe you feel safe and secure and relaxed and as you open your mind in your imagination not only do you feel the warmth of the Sun but you begin to smell you smell the salty ocean air as you feel a gentle breeze pass over your body and you watch as the tropical palm fronds dance with their invisible partner the wind and you feel so comfortable so amazingly at ease and relaxed you feel the warm sand beneath your feet you begin to walk you begin to walk towards the shore closer to the ocean and you feel the warm dry sand beneath your feet becoming cool and hard and wet as you step into the shallows by the seashore you feel the cool water as the wave rushes over your ankles and feet and then quickly as you walk you feel the ever-shifting sand beneath your feet sinking deeper as you walk a slight suction as you walk and pull your step forward and the water splashes around your ankles and feet and you feel so comfortable and relaxed as you walk along the shore aimlessly wandering at this Oasis of healing on this beautiful tropical island and as you walk down the beach you notice up ahead a beautiful blanket an amazing blanket spread out over the warm dry sand as if it's been prepared just for you you notice the color of the blanket is it a warm red orange or yellow is it a cool green or blue or a mysterious purple or lavender or is it simply a white clean blanket or a black dark blanket whatever color the blanket is you find yourself being naturally drawn to that blanket they're lying on the beach and you approach the blanket and you lie down you lie down upon the beach do you feel your body being caressed comforted by the sand beneath the blanket as if the earth itself is molding to fit your body perfectly you feel the warmth of the Sun above you as you lie back and relax with your mental eyes closed now the gentle sounds of the ocean drifting in the distance you imagine or you just pretend that the light from the Sun is focusing a beam a solid golden beam of light down into your stomach imagine a warm beam of light an intense beam of light focusing on your solar plexus your stomach and beginning to fill your entire abdomen region with a warm healing light and you feel the tension drain away and this energy filling your abdomen as you breathe quietly easily upon the beach and now this intense beam of light begins to travel up into your chest into your heart and lungs this beautiful golden beam of light begins to penetrate through the skin the bone the chest the ribcage and it begins to move into your heart you feel as if this golden white light is illuminating your heart creating a glow within your bloodstream as with each beat of your heart this glowing illuminated blood filled with healing energy is being pumped throughout your body glowing with warm healing light absorbing deep into all the cells of your body feel the golden light filling your entire body and as this healing light fills your heart begin to appreciate your physical body feel gratitude for all the many wonderful things your body does for you through the digestive system the respiratory system the nervous system all the many organs and glands that work on your behalf to create a vehicle your physical body that helps you navigate through your world on a daily basis begin to appreciate and value your physical body just as it is it doesn't have to be perfect for you to value and feel gratitude for this wonderful body of yours and as you let this golden light fill your heart and with each beat of your heart your blood absorbs the light and carries it throughout your entire physical body as you feel and sense your body beginning to glow and now we're going to take another deep breath in and as you exhale you're gonna hum and let this healing energy fill and flow through every cell in your body as you exhale with your mouth closed exhaling through your nose let's begin you that's it feel the healing energy vibrating through every cell in your body and now if there's a particular area of your body that is in need of healing an injury or perhaps an area an organ that is dysfunctioning send that beam of light imagine that golden beam of light focusing its intense laser like beam into that part of your body surrounding that wound that injury surrounding that part of your body that's in need of healing and if you have no specific area of your body that you're aware of that needs healing just allow the light to find its way to travel through your body and to focus where it needs to go without you deciding that the beam of golden light travel through your body healing repairing and accelerating the healing process you are activating your life force with every breath you take and let this light continue to fill you as you open your mind to hear the following suggestions repeating mentally silently to yourself the following suggestions my body is strong healthy and whole I am strong healthy and whole my healing energy is constantly increasing my healing energy is constantly increasing every day and in every way I'm becoming healthier and strong every day and in every way I'm becoming healthier and strong my body is healing and becoming well my body is healing and becoming well you feel the tingling sensation of healing energy pulsing through your entire physical body and in your mind in your imagination visualize yourself healed whole vibrant filled with vitality and healing energy as I leave you in silence to visualize who you are becoming you are connected to the source of all healing your soul and spirit you are connected to the source of all healing your soul and spirit and when you are ready to return you will simply take in a deep breath and count from one to three and at the count of three your eyes will open and you'll be fully awake fully aware however if you would like to continue you will ignore these suggestions and
