Just allow yourself to arrive,
To feel your feet on the floor,
Your butt in the seat,
And noticing the sensations in the body.
So whatever way your nervous system is activated,
There's a strong fear,
Desire to run,
Sense of being frozen,
Or strong emotions.
Allow yourself to feel them fully,
Without needing to get away,
Without needing to fix them or move through them faster,
Just simply noticing them.
Seeing the texture,
The temperature,
The feel,
The movement.
And noticing the open awareness that is holding all of this.
Noticing that even while these energies move,
No matter how intense,
They're held and contained by something much greater.
There's a silence to this unmoving open awareness,
And it can always be felt or sensed.
Your true nature.
So simultaneously you're noticing the intense sensations and sensing the unmoving stillness underneath,
The meeting of heaven and earth.
And the breath can deepen into the belly.
Allowing yourself to feel the movements in and out.
Allowing yourself to feel the movements in and out.
And not needing to change anything.
Just allowing the energies to dance through you,
Like you're an open stage watching from the audience.
And it's okay to rest here.
You do not need to figure out what's next,
How life will work out.
But resting into the moment,
Into the body.
Becoming everything.
Peace is always here.
Freedom is always here.
It's only the mind that tricks us into believing otherwise,
To identifying as the sensations and the thoughts.
And here you're just swimming,
Open,
Still.
Exist.
Let go of knowing anything.
Let go of knowing anything.
Let go of needing to know.
Being is enough.
The world will still be there when you return from this depth,
This resting.
Each step down,
You are training the system to operate from a slowness and a steadiness that is divine.
Let go of knowing.
And if desires rise to run to the next thing or get out quickly,
Notice those two.
Just feeling them fully.
And you can start to slowly move your body in the way it wants to move,
Subtly tuning into its dance.
Whatever movements want to be made,
Allow.
Sensuous and free.
Notice the difference in your body,
In your field,
Your energy since starting the meditation.
Bring that gratitude for the change with you throughout the rest of your day.
