Paint A New Reality - Create Your Dream Life

YOU are the creator - you can literally be, do, or have anything. First, you will toss out any negative emotions as these colors are not needed in your new reality. Then, you will paint a new reality with only colors that represent the divine emotions. Finally, you will step into your canvas and experience your dream life - NOW.

Transcript

In this meditation,

You will be immersed in oneness as you are surrounded and engulfed by the love of the divine as you paint a new reality.

Relax into your chair or into the floor and allow all tension to be released in your body and in your mind.

Feeling the waves of energy passing through you unimpeded as you simply savor this moment.

And if you notice any discord or blockages,

Gently place your attention there and let go as beautiful healing energy passes through you and opens up any darkness.

And with intention,

Begin to send a wave of light and love that heals and cleanses you,

Beginning at your crown from above,

Down through your head and your torso and your pelvis and your legs to your feet.

And now with intention,

Send this wave back up and as it passes through your body from your feet to your head,

Everything within you is cleansed and made new with this beautiful loving energy that returns you back to original perfection.

And now begin to go from up to down a little bit faster from high to low as you feel the sensation of the wave passing through your body as you're in control of this.

And now feeling lighter and freer and cleansed,

Place your attention on the area around your body and notice how that feels.

Experience your energy body as your awareness expands outward and you feel more and more of the room that you are in or more of nature if you are outside.

And as you expand outward,

You are a consciousness alone in space and time.

And expand outward further now in the sky above the town or location in which you are,

Feeling yourself encompass and be all of this.

And breathe it in all of life and experience and energy that you are unencumbered and unlimited as you expand further and you inhabit the entire planet.

All plants and animals and people,

All elements,

All energies within you now and expand further now into all of reality,

To all that is as you merge into oneness as all that you are.

And feel the blissful divine emotions in this home that you have returned to,

Aligning to the frequency of safety and always being protected and taken care of as nothing bad can ever happen to you and you are always okay.

Everything is always working out and is in beautiful divine order because you are divine order experiencing yourself in different ways throughout all of oneness that you are.

The beautiful experiences that aren't bad or good,

But just different levels of emotion,

Adventure and experience.

And enjoy being wrapped up in this warm blanket of love and protection.

And know that you can always come back here because this is your home and at your core you are always safe.

You are always loved for exactly as you are right now.

And in the beauty of oneness,

In this light-filled sphere that you exist in,

Connect to the frequency of compassion,

Of a love that defies all odds and judgments,

Of a love that extends unconditionally from you and to yourself for everything that you experience,

For everything that you feel.

It's okay to be feeling this.

Give yourself enough with deep compassion and show yourself the unconditional love of the Father and of the Mother as you are loving yourself fully in this moment.

And align to the frequency of joy,

Of vitality and vibrancy and enjoying the beauty of experience and pleasure in this and every moment in time.

The adventures of creation and love and relationships align to this joy and fill it within you and all around you in oneness.

And align to the frequency of love,

A love that is brighter than any darkness,

A love that is warming and touching and moving,

A love that makes life and creation and expansion worth experiencing,

A love that conquers all and that is fully the truth when all else falls by the wayside.

Align to this frequency and filling of love in you and through you as it comes out of you and fill your heart open up and expand in connection to this love.

You are it.

And align to the frequency of creation,

The incredible power of something coming out of nothing,

Of thoughts becoming things,

Of art becoming life.

Fill the immense power rushing through you.

You are a conscious creator of your reality and now you will paint a new reality.

As you're fully encircled and wrapped up by the love of the divine in the womb of oneness,

You are protected and fully empowered to create any experience that you desire and that is aligned with the true you.

And in front of you lies a blank white canvas.

But before you paint a new reality,

Take out your old paint and the colors that represent any falsehoods or negative emotions and alignment with fear as you're choosing now to bring nothing but love into this new reality and pick up the color that represents judgment and pour that color out as it's washed away and no longer needed.

And pick up the color that represents stress and anxiety and pour it out and let it go as it won't be used in the new reality.

Pick up the color that represents guilt and pour it out and let it wash away as it's not needed in your new reality.

And pick up the color that represents unworthiness as you are worthy of any and all experiences and pour this color out.

Pick up the color that represents self-doubt as you know that you're capable of being,

Doing,

Or having anything in connection with the great creator that you are and pour that color out and any other negative emotions that aren't based in truth,

Take them now and get rid of them as they're not needed in this new reality that you are about to create.

And as an infinite creator,

You are gifted a beautiful paintbrush with the power to turn your dreams into reality.

You are that powerful.

Feel the immense energy in the field around you and this connection to oneness,

This energy that pulses through you and through all that is that will carry out the creations which you choose to bring about and feel the gratitude in your heart for having the wisdom and the knowledge to be connected to the grandeur of your creationism and your capability to create a new reality and experience anything.

And now with your brush,

You pull out new colors representing a new experience.

The colors match that which is within you that you're ready to put into your arts that will become life.

Love,

Compassion,

Adventure,

Joy,

Creativity,

Ecstasy,

Giving,

Healing,

Whatever fills an alignment with you right now,

Pull those colors out and see them as you smile and you prepare to paint your new reality.

And notice the light and the energy pouring into you from above and below and all around you in this grand moment as you're connected with the divine and co-creation and give thanks for being helped in this beautiful moment and begin to paint your new reality.

What does it feel like in this reality?

Who am I being?

How do I show up in my life experience?

Where am I at?

You're capable of being,

Doing,

Or having anything by leaning into the emotions and the feeling you are bringing your reality to light and to life.

What am I doing in this reality as I paint with the divine emotions?

How does it feel to do these things being divinely guided and supported in every moment?

Who am I with in this new reality?

And how does it feel to be with these beautiful souls?

And what emotions do I experience?

And what do I share with others?

And as you take a step back,

Fill all aspects and elements of your new reality and remember that it was painted with the divine emotions.

Everything is based in truth and love and the highest wisdom and the highest order for all.

And admire your work as you know you are an artist of your own experience.

And feel gratitude for all that come together to bring this to truth in the now moment.

For all beautiful beings of light and aspects of you as oneness that bring this canvas to reality in your own lives.

And as you stare at your canvas,

You remember that you are the creator and that there is no separation.

And as you remember this truth,

You lift your hand up and bring it toward the canvas.

And as you touch your hand into this canvas,

You begin to enter into your reality.

And as you step forward,

You enter this new dimension which now already exists as you painted it into truth.

And what do you see?

And what do you hear?

And what do you smell?

And what do you feel?

What emotions are you experiencing now that it's real and that you painted a reality purely with the colors of the divine?

And in your new reality,

You take a moment and you pause and you sit down and you connect in with source,

With your higher self.

And you feel the energy around your body.

And you expand your consciousness above where you are located and then into the entire planet.

And you expand out further into all that is.

And you are brought back to the knowing that you are always okay,

That you can always choose your reality and that you're always loved and supported in every moment,

No matter what.

And as you feel this love come over you,

And as you feel your heart open,

You feel even greater levels of joy and gratitude for living this life.

And as you go forth living in the new reality that you created,

Remember that you can connect into the truth of who you are at any moment.

And you can choose to live your life in the divine emotions.

And when you're ready,

You can slowly return back to conscious awareness,

Moving your body,

Cleaning your eyes into the reality that you painted as the infinite creator.
