Her professional background of 20+ years as a writer, screenwriter, and creative producer merges with MG’s spiritual and metaphysical research and ongoing training, including Mindful Self-Compassion, MBSR, Transcendental Meditation, EFT Tapping, Rebirthing Breathwork, Mediumship, Level 2 Reiki, Core Shamanism, Past Life Regressions, and Baba Bedi's Vibrational Healing among others. MG began exploring and integrating storytelling and healing practices in 2020, during lockdown, when she designed and hosted “The Silent Hour,” an ongoing online workshop and nurturing space for women exploring their creative expression through writing and holding space for each other.
