Welcome.

This is what we call community healing.

Showing up,

Being present,

And sharing ourselves in a way that helps us to transcend our shadows and first belong to ourselves.

And then to the collective.

This belonging begins with us.

And we take a look at where we have been made to feel or rather influenced to feel that we do not belong.

What things do we do to be accepted,

To be loved?

I would love for you to take a moment with me and contemplate.

Who am I when I am not acting in such a way for someone else?

Who am I when I feel at ease,

Secure,

Blissed out with gratitude?

I would like you to take a nice big full body breath with me.

Inhale the feeling of gratitude and allow it to permeate through your body,

Nourishing every cell of your being.

And then exhale peace,

Contentment,

Serenity.

Notice where this feeling shows up in your body.

What does it feel like and how does it move or take up space in that area of your body?

Breathe into this space,

Expand and amplify that feeling.

This is the feeling that helps you to manifest tenfold whatever is in your heart and head.

First you begin with the feeling,

Energetic momentum followed by and reinforced by thought and belief.

Then comes trust and surrender that whatever it is,

Is on its way,

Is here.

Then we must align and realign with this feeling,

This vibration and allow ourselves to receive because we know deeply and profoundly that we are deserving and worthy of that which we desire.

Let's take a deep breath in and hold for five seconds at the top and let it all out,

Releasing any tension in your shoulders,

Neck,

Jaw,

Head.

Inhale gratitude and expand it through your body,

Amplifying the feeling and exhaling a feeling of completion,

A feeling of contentment,

Satisfaction,

Knowing and trusting in the unfolding of things.

And so it's on its way and so it is.

Let's take a deep breath in and hold for five seconds at the top and let it all out,

Releasing
