Most people think they are planning their calendar for balance, calm, and control. But somewhere between intention and reality, the calendar starts to take on a life of its own. Do you want to know how to avoid getting caught in the calendar trap?

Many of us feel that our everyday life is eating a lot.

The Monday to Friday,

The working,

The bringing,

The getting,

The cooking,

The cleaning.

So we really want to make our weekends feel like life.

Our holidays packed with things so we can feel and experience life,

Right?

So a lot of us,

Unfortunately,

Also recognize that when we reach that period where we were looking forward to and we planned it,

Then other things have come into the calendar as well.

In the meantime,

That's what they do.

Birthdays,

Everything that is a normal life.

So a lot of us recognize that looking in our calendar,

We're like,

Who planned this?

This is impossible.

And things that we were looking forward to suddenly become stressful.

So if you recognize any of this,

Then you might want to consider doing this.

You should consider putting in green calendar gifts.

Green calendar gifts are plans you make with yourself.

You plan them and you write them in your calendar.

And they are not to be moved or dismissed.

Of course,

If some emergency shows up,

A wedding,

We're okay.

But besides that,

You should know that when you look at your calendar,

You can see these green dots that you know,

I can breathe.

There,

I can breathe.

This is a bit like if you've seen Indiana Jones movies,

Where he's fighting and getting to somewhere and he finds this green thing.

Oh,

He can stand on that without something hitting him.

And then he can breathe until he gets to the next one.

So we need these green things in our calendar.

We need to be able to see that I can breathe when I get to that point.

So when you do reach that point and you feel,

Well,

I'm good,

No stress.

I want to see people.

Well,

Then you're allowed to do it because then you have the energy to do it.

But don't make up your mind until more or less on that day.

And then do a spontaneous coffee appointment.

So put in green calendar gifts.
