Lisa traveled to India to explore the ancient tradition of yoga and its guiding philosophies where she completed her first teacher training program at SVYASA Yoga University in Bangalore. She has since completed many yoga teacher training programs and has participated in hundreds of hours of continuing education with senior teachers around the world. Lisa is certified at the highest level of teaching and teacher training in accordance with the Yoga Alliance and is a Certified Holistic Coach.
