This meditation offers the time and space to practice and fill up on self-love.
We all crave to be seen,
Felt and loved.
Examples of self-doubt and lack of self-worth get in the way of our ability to receive love.
When we tend to these parts,
We can open ourselves up to the infinite supply of love that is readily available from within.
Make sure you are comfortable.
Set an intention to be present with yourself and everything that arises through this practice.
Connect to your body.
Notice the physical sensations that are here right now.
Connect to your breath.
Seeing the cadence,
The depth,
The rhythm,
The pace,
The flow.
And connect to your heart.
Tap your attention around your energetic heart center,
Just in front of your spine,
Behind your sternum or chest bone.
Now imagine a flower head of any kind with soft petals surrounding and protecting your heart energy.
With each passing breath,
Notice if you can allow one petal at a time to open.
Breath by breath,
Choosing one petal as you inhale and then exhale and allow that petal to fall open.
Continue like this,
Choosing one petal as you inhale and as you exhale,
Allowing that petal to fall open.
Notice how many petals you can open up to reveal the energy of your heart,
Dissolving the barriers and the armor around the heart space so that you can feel more open to receive and allow the love that you deserve in.
Consciously connect to these truths.
I am enough.
I am worth it.
Just notice how these truths land in your body.
I am enough and I am worth it.
From this place,
See yourself as a baby.
Welcome your baby self into your current grown-up heart,
Holding your baby self in your heart and internally repeat these words.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
Notice how your body responds when you say these words.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
See yourself as a young child.
Welcome your young self into your heart space and repeat the same phrases to your young child self.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
See yourself as a teenager.
Welcome your teenage self into your heart and repeat the same phrases.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
Taking the time to allow yourself to absorb the love.
Seeing yourself as a young adult.
Welcome your young adult self into your heart and repeat the same phrases.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
Receive the infinite supply of love available.
See yourself as you are right now.
Hold your current self tenderly in your heart space.
I am here.
I am holding you in my heart.
I love you.
Allow the warm energy of love to permeate your entire being.
Filling up with love.
Giving yourself what you deserve and what you want to receive from others.
Realigning with your truth,
Beauty,
Precious self.
Undivided and whole.
When we are immersed in love,
It allows us to receive love without attachment.
This practice connects us to our innate wholeness,
A wellspring of love that is always available.
In that place,
We can let more love in without relying on others or waiting for something or someone to fill in a gap.
You are the source of love.
You are the source of love.
