Welcome to this guided subconscious reprogramming meditation to start living your anxiety-free life.
In the next few minutes,
We will be communicating with the subconscious part of your mind that it is safe to live without chronic anxiety.
It's the survival part of the mind that has been giving you the anxious feelings in your mind and body.
And right now,
We will be showing this part of your mind that it's safe to simply exist in the present moment without being on edge,
Antsy,
Or needing to prepare for hypothetical scenarios.
It's time to retrain your brain to feel safe,
Calm,
And unbothered as your new default state.
So now take a moment and get comfortable wherever you are.
And when you're ready,
You can go ahead and close your eyes.
And with your eyes closed,
Just start taking some full,
Deep breaths.
Taking a deep inhale now,
Filling your lungs up with as much oxygen as possible.
Hold it briefly for a moment.
And then take a long,
Slow exhale.
Let's do that again.
Take another long,
Full breath all the way up to the top of your head.
Hold it here briefly.
And slowly,
Intentionally exhale as you release the air out.
Now we're going to add on to this.
This time as you inhale,
You're going to set the intention that you are inhaling the air from below the ground,
Up through the bottoms of your feet,
Up into your lower belly.
You can just imagine or pretend that this is what you're doing.
So relax your body.
Feel yourself sitting heavy wherever you are,
Fully connected to the surface beneath you.
And now go ahead and take a deep inhale with the air coming up from beneath the ground through the bottoms of your feet,
All the way up into your lower belly,
And hold it here.
Pause.
Relax.
And now as you exhale,
You're going to imagine that you are sending the air out,
Up through the top of your head,
Up above you.
Do this now.
And pause here.
Wait just a moment.
And now take a big inhale from above the top of your head,
Down behind your eyes,
Through your throat,
And into your heart space.
And hold it here.
Relax.
Now exhale this air down,
Out through the bottoms of your feet,
And into the earth.
Again,
Take a big inhale up from the earth,
Into your feet,
Through your legs,
And into your lower belly.
Hold it.
Place your attention on your heart.
Now exhale up through your throat and out the top of your head.
Wait here.
Keep your attention here above the top of your head.
And let's inhale again,
Bringing that air down through the top of your head and into your heart.
Pause.
And relax here,
Into your heart.
Great job.
Now exhale everything down into the earth.
Now we're going to do this cycle of breath just a couple more times.
And on this next round,
As you're exhaling out the top of your head,
You're going to imagine that you are connecting with the bigger version of you that's living their best anxiety-free life.
Let's pretend there is a version of you who already exists without anxiety altogether.
Let's pretend that there's a version of you who loves their life,
Who flows with life,
Who smiles and laughs constantly,
Who is high on life,
Who lives unbothered.
Just play along with me here.
Now,
Go ahead and take a big inhale in up from the earth,
Through your feet and into your lower belly.
Place your attention on your heart now and pause.
Now smile.
Yes,
Put a smile on your face.
Keep smiling.
And now exhale up through the top of your head and connect with the real you,
The unbothered you.
Smile and pause.
Taking a deep inhale now,
Filling your lungs up with as much oxygen as possible.
Hold it briefly for a moment.
Now,
Exhale down through the top of your head and out the bottoms of your feet as you bring this version of you down into the earth.
Pause.
Again,
Take a big breath up,
Up from the earth,
Through the bottoms of your feet,
Into your lower belly.
Pause here.
Relax into your heart.
Now,
Exhale out through the top of your head and connect with the real you,
Unbothered,
High on life,
Happy,
Free,
Alive.
Taking a deep inhale now,
Filling your lungs up with as much oxygen as possible.
Hold it briefly for a moment.
Now,
Exhale down through the top of your head and out the bottoms of your feet.
Relax your body and let it all go,
Grounding the real you into your present reality.
Now,
In this relaxed state,
I want you to consider what it would be like if the anxiety all of a sudden just vanished out of thin air.
All the anxiety from your mind,
Your body,
What would it feel like if it all just went poof and was gone?
Let's pretend that any lingering anxiety from your mind and body is now gathered together in a little cloud.
This little cloud,
It's all here now.
And then out of nowhere,
Poof,
Gone forever,
Evaporated,
Vanished.
And what would it feel like if all of a sudden,
All the problems you thought you had suddenly didn't exist anymore?
You don't even know how it happened.
It's like everything just resolved itself.
You didn't even have to do anything.
What would that feel like if all the problems just went away all on their own?
Now,
I'm going to give you a few moments and I want you to imagine yourself living your life completely free from all worries.
Worries no longer exist.
Anxiety no longer exists.
What types of things would you be doing?
What types of places would you be going?
How would you feel every day?
Let your mind do this for you.
Imagine yourself doing something that implies you're now living your best life.
Your most fulfilling,
Most peaceful,
Most joyful life.
Now,
I want you to,
In your mind,
Place your hands over your heart.
In your mind,
Place your hands over your heart.
And take a deep breath.
And smile as you exhale.
And whenever you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
