Wow thank you so much for this course! 😃I have been struggling with my sleep for many years due to being in survival mode for years, and nothing I did helped all worked for a longer period of time. All I felt was tension and anxiety before going to bed, I tried going to bed early and going into the bathroom to get ready for bed earlier and I worked for a short time but never really sticked. But yesterday evening I was watching some more of your course I put your suggestions on what to do into action and I was actually able to relax and sleep. Yes my body did tense a bit but I’m sure that if I keep using all of the methods to breaks the cycle that in time my sleep will be a lot better. I even woke feeling refreshed this morning and I haven’t felt that way in a long time.

I already watched all your videos - most often late at night when I was not able to sleep or sometimes in the middle of the night when I was no longer able to go back to sleep. They helped me a lot to stay calm and not freak out about not being able to sleep (what I did before very often which made me feel even worse) The course gave me another good base on how to change my behavior even further in order to help my nervous system to downregulate so sleep can come naturally. I am very happy that I found you!

This is useful and sensible information. I have done all the things you mentioned at the beginning…sleep doctors, supplements, etc and more. None of it worked and I formed some bad habits which now need to be broken and replaced with the recommendations in this course. I have intuitively known that I have a nervous system problem from a series of difficult experiences. I haven’t found any useful explanations or solutions until your course. Thank you.
