Find a quiet,

Lie down or sit in a position that feels good for your body.

Close your eyes and let your hands rest gently by your sides.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Let's begin by focusing on your breath.

Inhale deeply through the nose,

Feeling your lungs expand.

Hold the breath for a moment.
