I'd like you to just go ahead and sit down and find a comfortable position.

Just sitting down or even laying down is fine too.

Lay down on your back,

Find a comfortable position.

Focus on your breath.

So let's begin by breathing in deeply through the nose,

Focusing on it,

Imagining your breath going into your body,

Slowly and rhythmically,

And breathe out.

Breathe in again,

Filling up your lungs,

Filling up your belly,

Sending loving oxygen to your cells.

And then breathing out,

Breathing out every last little bit.

And breathing in again,

Visualizing yourself,

Drawing a calming energy of peace.

Maybe you imagine it in a light blue color or any color that brings you calmness and brings you peace.

Just imagine that color right now,

Breathing it into your body.

And as you breathe out,

The stress begins to float out just like dandelion seeds in the wind,

Floating away and bringing you more and more clarity,

More and more calmness,

More and more high vibrating energy,

Such as peace.

Visualize an orb of light at your feet.

This sphere is a very calm,

White,

And light mint color.

It has a quality to it which is airy,

Icy,

Hot,

And tingly.

It is deeply soothing and healing.

Anywhere it touches,

Completely relaxes as you allow it to.

Begin moving with the orb upward to your shoulders,

Relaxing every muscle that it touches.

Front and back and back and front,

Relaxing every muscle that it touches.

Every muscle that it reaches.

Up to your neck,

To your face,

Relaxing your eyes,

Your jaw,

All of your facial muscles.

Listen to your body,

Just pause,

Be still,

And notice where there is any discomfort,

Any tension,

Any pain,

And bring this orb of healing to this area.

And as you draw in your breath,

Breathing in,

Visualize your breath filling this area and affirm that your body relaxes with your intentions.

Where you place your mind and your focus is where your energy goes.

Bring the orb back to your feet,

Where it becomes a blanket of energy.

Begin pulling this blanket up and around your body into your chest area like a cocoon of relaxation.

When you are completely covered in your relaxation cocoon,

Visualize it beginning to melt and soak into your skin,

Deep through your muscles,

Through your veins,

Into your nerves,

And into your bones.

Giving you an even broader sense of relaxation.

And let's take one last nice deep breath in,

Filling up your lungs,

Filling up your stomach,

And let's let it all out through the mouth.
