Hello everyone,

This is Lydia from Memo Meditation.

I am going to guide you today through a simple breathing technique that you can use at any time in any location.

This may be helpful for you if you're feeling a little caught up,

Anxious,

Stressed or just in need of a quick time out.

I know this is a very crazy time for us all so it might be nice just to do a little quick breathing technique that you can use.

In your own time I invite you to find a comfortable position wherever you are.

Getting caught up in thoughts at this time or throughout the meditation is completely normal.

You may like to notice them or slowly watch them pass by.

Now we will bring our attention onto our breathing technique.

Using one of your fingers close off your left nostril.

Hold your finger here and breathe in and out of your nose for the next five breaths.

Try and focus on creating a really nice deep slow breath in whatever rhythm and pace suits you.

Now using another finger close off your right nostril leaving your left one open Hold your finger here and breathe in and out of your nose for the next five breaths.

I now invite you to bring both of your hands down onto your knees or if you're standing to your sides.

I invite you now just to sit and allow any thoughts and feelings that may come about in the next 30 seconds.

Send love,

Compassion and kindness to whatever may arise.

When you are ready you can open your eyes.

I hope you all have a beautiful day and I hope you enjoyed this meditation.

I look forward to seeing you for another memo meditation soon.
