Welcome to your inner activation meditation.
Get into a comfortable position with your feet upon the floor,
Your hands in your laps facing up,
Open to receive.
Closing your eyes,
Taking a long slow deep breath in,
Holding it for a moment and then slowly exhaling.
Allow any tension to melt away as you gradually relax more and more deeply with each breath you take.
Taking another deep breath in,
Taking your time,
Holding it for a moment and then letting it go.
Already you're beginning to drift into a state of deep relaxation,
Continuing to breathe slowly and gently,
Relaxing.
Bringing your awareness to the top of your head,
Sense or imagine a feeling of relaxation beginning to spread down from the top of your skull.
Let the muscles in your forehead and temples relax.
Allow your eyes to relax.
Let your cheeks and jaw soften,
Let go of all tension.
Now this peaceful feeling flows down your neck and deep into the shoulders,
Soothing them,
Releasing them.
Allow this peaceful feeling to flow through your arms,
Relaxing and soothing all the way to the tips of your fingers.
As your body relaxes,
Your mind relaxes,
Your thoughts become weightless like the wisps of clouds on the breeze.
Now the peaceful sensation flows through your chest and your stomach.
Feel how this area gently rises and falls as you breathe slowly and deeply,
Soothing and relaxing.
Bring your attention to your back,
Feeling this relaxing sensation flow all the way down your spine.
Peaceful feeling flows through your lower body,
Relaxing your buttocks,
The back of your thighs,
Front of your thighs.
Feel all these large strong muscles become loose and relaxed.
The soothing feelings flow down through your knees and into your calves.
Your ankles relax,
Now your feet relax,
Your entire body is soft,
Calm and relaxed.
Take your awareness to your feet,
Feeling the connection,
The pulsing of the heart,
Of Gaia beneath you,
Calling you in.
Picture these energetic roots starting to grow from the bottoms of your feet,
Reaching deeper and deeper and deeper and deeper into her belly.
As you reach her presence,
She meets you with a gift of beautiful energy.
The energy forms into a ball of beautiful golden and white lights,
Getting bigger and bigger and bigger.
Feel this beautiful energetic ball of light as it makes its way up through your roots,
Coming higher and higher and higher until it reaches your feet.
You can feel the tingles and the sensations of the energy as it comes into your human body.
Feel this energy move up your legs,
Into your knees and into your lower back.
The awakening of your Kundalini,
This beautiful light moves up your spine,
Your chakras and the base of your spine,
Activating your root chakra,
Activating your sacral chakra,
Activating your solar plexus,
Activating your hearts,
Activating your throats,
Activating your third eye,
Activating your crown chakra.
Now envision this beautiful golden light as it pours from the top of your head and connects into the energetic realms above you.
Feel this light activate you from the grounds to the heavens as it flows through your energetic being.
I want you to bring your attention into your crown chakra,
Watching it flow and turn,
Intentionally turning this full rotation clock rise,
Rebalancing the energy and flow in this space now.
Moving down to our third eye,
So we watch it being activated,
Intentionally turning it clockwise to rebalance and align the third eye chakra into our throat chakra,
Rotating clockwise,
Rebalancing,
Re-centering the energy of our throat chakra,
Moving down to our heart chakra,
Again assisting it in turning a full rotation clockwise to rebalance the flow of energy in our heart chakra,
Coming down into our solar plexus,
Giving it a full turn clockwise,
Recalibrating and re-centering the energy in our solar plexus,
Coming down into our sacral,
Recalibrating and re-centering,
Rejuvenating the flow of energy into our sacral chakra,
Coming back into the base of our spine into our root chakra,
Full rotation clockwise of our root chakra,
Bringing in balance and re-centering into our root chakra.
Let's take a deep breath in and out and in and out.
Our chakra points are in full alignment and fully activated,
Creating great space for this energy,
The gift of Mother Earth to flow through us,
Picking up all of the stagnant energy that has been left behind and pushing it through our chakra systems at the top of our heads,
Through our crown chakra,
Pushing these energy out into the cosmos to be transmuted into a higher vibrational energy to return back to us,
Supporting us in our journey.
We are rejuvenated,
We are awoken,
We are activated.
I would like you to bring attention into your inner self.
It is now time to journey further away from the external world and to go on an inner journey,
A journey to a place of deep inner stillness.
Imagine that you are standing on a white sandy beach.
It's early in the morning and a light,
Hazy mist surrounds you.
The sun is rising slowly and you can feel the warm orange light on your face and your body.
You are feeling content,
At ease,
Relaxed.
The sand beneath your bare feet is soft and warm.
The light breeze caresses your face.
This beach is deserted.
You have it all to yourself and you have all the time in the world.
Listen to the relaxing sound of the ocean.
Its waves are breaking gently on the shore.
Begin to walk slowly through the mist towards the water.
A small boat is waiting for you.
The boat is comfortable and steady and notice that is tied to the shore with a strong rope.
Step into the boat.
You're feeling completely at peace,
Completely safe and completely relaxed.
When you are ready,
Untie the rope and let it go.
Your boat rots smoothly.
It rocks ever so gently in the water.
This rocking motion relaxes you even more deeply.
The sun is now higher in the sky.
Its light has gathered strength.
The mist that surrounds you begins to evaporate.
You can see the air becoming clearer and clearer.
Watch as the sun's rays dissolve all of the mist.
You can now see clearly in all directions.
It's as though a veil has been lifted.
Sparkling ocean water surrounds you on all sides and in front of you a small island comes into view.
Your boat moves closer and closer to the islands,
Gliding slowly and effortlessly through the water.
The island is drenched in sunlight.
It is covered in tropical palm trees that sway gently in the breeze.
Your boat glides forward and comes to rest on the shore.
You have arrived.
Step out of the boat.
Take a moment to appreciate this place of sublime beauty.
Exotic birds dance from tree to tree and brilliantly colored flowers grow in abundance.
The air itself seems to shimmer and vibrate with pure luminous energy.
You can hear the soothing sound of the winds as it passes through the trees.
In this place,
You are free from all memories of the past.
You are free from all concerns about the future.
You are free from all responsibilities.
This is a place of total peace and it is all yours.
You notice an opening between the palm trees and in this opening there is a narrow path that leads deep into a rich green forest.
Begin your journey into the heart of the forest,
Following the path that's meanders between columns of ancient trees.
This forest seems familiar to you,
Like the memory of a pleasant dream or a place you visited as a child.
Walk deeper into the forest.
You are guided by a force that you trust and that makes you feel safe,
Nurtured,
And still.
You have reached the very heart of the forest and before you is a shimmering pond of crystal clear water,
A pond of perfect stillness.
The pond is round and it brims with pure spring water.
The water is perfectly still,
Like a mirror,
Free from even the slightest ripple.
A ladder with three steps leads down into the water.
You decide to bathe in this magical pond and you undress.
As you take the first step down into the pond,
You notice that the wind has eased and all the trees have become motionless.
As each moment passes,
The world around you becomes more and more calm and you yourself become more and more still.
As you lower yourself into the second step,
All the birds in the forest become quiet.
Their silence is deep in reverence.
Lowering yourself onto the third and final step,
You glide into the water.
Feel yourself sliding into a deep state of relaxation.
In this pond,
Your thoughts simply melt away.
All is still and silent.
The only sound that remains is the sound of waves far off in the distance.
Your mind seems to expand.
You feel timeless,
Vast,
Empty,
And relaxed.
Enjoy this experience of solitude and inner peace.
As your thoughts arise,
Simply let them go and return your awareness to the sound of the waves.
You are deeply relaxed and refreshed and now it's time to make your way back home.
Slowly begin to climb the ladder.
As your foot touches the lowest rung,
Notice how wonderful your body feels.
You feel light,
Clear,
And happy.
As you step up to the second rung,
The sound of birdsong returns.
And now,
Stepping up onto the first rung on the ladder,
The breeze returns and the trees begin to sway.
You dress yourself and follow the path back to the boat.
Arriving at the entrance of the forest,
You find your boat is waiting for you just where you left it.
Walking to the water's edge,
You climb into the boat.
You feel relaxed and secure,
Again knowing that your boat will bring you home safely.
The journey is effortless and calm like all of the moments in your life.
Effortless and calm,
Relax and allow the current to guide you.
You arrive back at the beach,
Stepping out of the boat and into the sand.
You are home.
Bringing your attention back in to your crown chakra,
Pulling the light back in,
Back down from the ethers,
Watching it wash through your auric fields,
Cleansing your auric fields,
Activating your auric fields.
Pull this energy back down,
Down through the crown chakra,
Down through the third eye,
Down through the throat,
Into our chest,
Into our hearts,
Bringing it back down into our stomach,
Into our solar plexus and our sacral,
Bringing it back down to the base of our spine,
To our root chakra,
Continuing it to pull down through our thighs and through our knees,
Down our legs,
Back into our feet,
Traveling down,
Down and down through the roots,
Through the roots of our feet,
Just going down,
Down,
Down,
Coming back into the belly,
Mother Earth,
As she leaves us with a parting message,
Thanking her for this message,
For bringing activation and clearing to our energetic field,
Into our chakras,
We get begin to retract our roots,
Coming back up and up and up and up,
Becoming aware of our feet on the floor and our bodies that are attached to our feet,
Coming back into the room that you are sitting in,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Taking a deep breath in and out,
Feeling rejuvenated,
Awoken and alive,
Knowing that we can connect and come back into this place at any time that we need,
When you are ready,
Open your eyes and come back into the space,
