So I'm gonna invite you just to kind of close your eyes and Begin to pay attention to your breath Settling into your body Having that awareness of your breath Giving yourself permission to unplug from the outer world So that your awareness can turn inwards Slowly surely Traveling along with your breath as you inhale Moving Deeper within as you exhale Your awareness of the external world Becomes less and less As you inhale your awareness settles deeper within Where there Is a vast open deep space Peaceful and grounded A pleasant sinking feeling of gravity Holds you into the inner space Settling like a flower or a feather Slowly drifting down And resting upon the altar of your inner self It is safe to allow this to happen Bringing you relief and quiet Your divine self who loves you without condition Whoever you have been whoever you will be forever and always Our dearest friend our guide our refuge Angel of light Our safe space in which to ground us Our safe space in which to ground and rest Our sanctuary and comfort Our clarity and our vision With us and within us always You who are a being beyond comprehension Share yourself and wisdom with us A desire to love us and help us We let go of our expectations And our past experiences And with quiet minds and willing hearts We open to your beautiful presence here and now So be here This peaceful Open space within Now reveals a golden city With high walls impressive gates Solid and heavily anchored into the ground These gates guard a sacred space A space that is your home A divine city of your own soul created by your higher self Your soul's home lays beyond these gates And only you can open them This happens easily As you gaze upon the gates with the intention that they open And as you step through crossing the threshold into a unique experience Into the divine beauty that is you I invite you to look around now that you have entered into the sacred city And notice what you perceive There may be abundant gardens Crystal trees Reflective waterfalls Birds soaring on rolling hills There is life abound everywhere Natural and natural Natural clean waters Fountains,

Lakes and rivers Beautiful temples to live in,

To rest in,

To meditate in To cleanse,

Nourish and heal Perhaps you explore the gardens,

Maybe there are zen gardens Maybe babylone and hanging gardens or deep valleys There may be parklands with wildlife and forests of mythical creatures Just knowing that the earth here is good It's filled with nutrients to sustain good health,

Vitality and life Everything is nourished and nourishing Everything is supported and supports something else Soak in the perfection of this divine city of soul Beautiful buildings for all the purposes you could ever imagine Some you may not yet be able to recognize Every need and want anticipated and cared for generously Kindness and grace Allow your own imagery and feelings to arise Whatever you experience here is acceptable This is the sacred space for your own soul Built with the energy of the divine The light begins to shift towards the twilight into the evening The moon rises,

Luminous in the sky The stars align and as you breathe and surrender into the dark beauty of the night As the night becomes quiet and deep,

You can sense your higher self within With you here and now in your sacred soul space You can feel the energy of love,

This divine being,

This divine being You can feel the energy of love,

This divine being has had for you forever and ever Knowing they will continue to love you forever and ever Allowing this love to enter your heart so that even in the deepest and darkest moments You may sense your spiritual connection and your soul is filled with peace As the moon sets upon the horizon,

It ignites with red and golden light And the sunrise bays you and your soul in gold As the sun continues to move towards its peak,

You naturally move towards the temple in the center of your soul space As you enter the temple,

There is a strong presence of the divine This temple is so special,

That it can open to receive as much divine presence as you wish,

Perhaps even more than you have ever felt before And as the sun comes up to its peak,

You notice that there is a body of water within this temple This body of water is healing,

It contains the tears of compassion from every pure being aligned with the divine You are invited to enter into these healing waters to cleanse the soul,

To become so pure and one with your great divinity Worn by the sun's light and cleansed by these beautiful pure and sacred waters As the sacred waters cleanse you of lower frequencies,

You begin to feel and sense the truth of your divinity within You sense yourself as a divine being,

One within you If there is any emotion or thought released out of the purification process,

Or even sensations in the body,

Allow it to happen You can open yourself up to the wholeness within you,

It is safe to become,

It is safe to be you,

Completely trust If there is wounding in the soul from father figures in your life,

From this or past lifetimes,

Those wounds can be healed now If there is wounding in the soul from mother figures in your life,

From this or past lifetimes,

Those wounds can be healed now If there is wounding in the soul from masculine energies in your life,

From this or past lifetimes,

Those wounds can be healed now If there is wounding in the soul from feminine energies in your life,

From this or past lifetimes,

Those wounds can be healed now Emotions may arise,

Anger or sadness,

Fear,

Terror,

Shame or guilt,

There is no feeling or emotion,

No experience or suffering,

Loss or pain that is greater than the divine,

And the divine loves you If you are willing to allow the divine to help you release the past,

So that you can view it with compassion and understanding,

Gaining wisdom and becoming peaceful and free Realizing you have divine strength within your heart,

You don't have to explain yourself to the divine,

But the divine wants to hear you,

It wants to receive your prayers and answer your questions with respect and love Imagine your mind becoming soft and free,

Open and filled with a gentle light As your previous ideas and beliefs can evolve into a deeper and more beautiful and safe experience,

A divine relationship,

A oneness between your soul and the divine Let there be love,

Honesty,

Peace and authenticity between you now You've laid down your defenses,

So speak your truth freely,

Speak from the heart and allow the divine to respond with love and wisdom Let your relationship,

Your oneness evolve and deepen in this sacred space of soul When you are ready,

We begin a return back into this present moment,

In this reality now awakened and blessed by divine love You may sustain this relationship,

This oneness,

Even when you follow the breath and return into the consciousness of the here and now We are one in the breath as it flows in and out,

Together now and always May all beings be safe and blessed Noticing your breath now,

Allowing your awareness to travel back into the present moment,

Into your body Sensing the gentle weight of your body and your spirit in your body Noticing the sensations on your skin,

The temperature of the room Bringing your hands into prayer in front of your heart and in your own time,

When you are ready,

Allowing your eyes to open Slowly moving your body as you ground yourself in your beautiful life in the here and now
