Melanie works with people in menopause and other times of big transition, such as bereavement and relationship breakdown. A qualified Shiatsu practitioner, Certified Shadow Work Coach and Group Facilitator, and Menopause Mentor, she helps her clients to connect with their emotions, release trauma held in their bodies, and heal emotional wounds from the past so they can learn to trust themselves more deeply than ever, and reconnect with their unique gifts and passion for life and above all treat themselves with more compassion. She lives surrounded by the wild nature of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, UK.
