Let's take just a few minutes,
Really allowing ourselves to come to center.
So I'd like you to take a breath,
And bring your awareness to your breathing,
With the inhalation through the nose,
And the exhalation out through the nose or mouth.
And just continue with your awareness right with your breath.
We're not looking to change anything.
Just to bring your awareness to each cycle of breath.
Just allow,
Yeah,
Are you noticing a shift?
As you continue breathing,
What are you noticing?
Is there a slowing down?
Do you feel your belly and your ribs expanding?
Just allow each the inhale and the exhale.
And again,
Not looking to change anything,
But just to be present with you.
Take a notice.
How's your body shifting?
And now that you're here,
Allow yourself to drop right into your center,
Kind of like bringing your awareness to that chest,
Heart area,
And just continue being with your breath.
Allow yourself to drop in a little more deeply.
And just notice,
Almost becoming observational,
That you are now with yourself.
Not so much what's going on outside of you,
Or what was going on in your body.
Now you are home in your center.
Allow yourself just to feel a little moment of gratitude.
Maybe a smile across your face.
Just allow it.
Accept it.
And just give a nod of awareness and thank you to yourself.
