This was absolutely beautiful. I could not only feel, but HEAR the sun rising and the rays stretching towards me to illuminate each part of my body, and the warmth upon my upturned face. It brought me back to a couple different very intense meditative practices going back to the 1990s, all involving the sun. Only one of those - that first one in 1991 - was actually centered around the sun, oddly enough. But it is such a magnificent source of energy and life, it's hard at times for it NOT to become intertwined with my daytime practices.
