Hey everyone,
Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for the 15th video of Libra living liberations I'll be honest,
Today was a rough start.
I did not want to get out of bed.
I was very tired.
I was like,
I could just lay here all day.
And I was like,
Okay,
Get up,
Get up,
Get ready.
I even was like,
I don't know what I'm going to talk about today in my video.
And I was trying to be excited for today because I do have a podcast episode later today on mastering mindset and like,
Love that.
That is something I struggle with a lot,
Is mindset,
And I just think it's a great topic.
Um but so it's like as I was preparing for this short video which may become a little longer video I was like,
What am I going to talk about?
And I was like.
.
.
I think,
And then I started thinking,
I was like,
Okay.
When we have days like this where it's.
.
.
A struggle and you're like.
Maybe the worries of life are kind of getting to you and you're finding it hard to Get going for the day.
It's just.
It's showing up.
Showing up for what you have to do.
For that day,
Showing up for yourself.
That's what came up for me as well.
Showing up for myself,
You know,
I We all are going to have days,
Whether we're living our best lives at that time or not,
Life is full of struggles and stresses.
But I think it's being able to just show up.
Push through.
Those things because like right now I'm dealing with some major stressors.
And it sucks.
Everyone can agree with that.
Stress sucks.
Podcast episode idea.
Anyway,
Side note.
But it's just showing up and saying,
OK.
I am here,
Present for today.
What do I need to focus on for today?
And that's kind of what I've been.
Trying to focus on is like,
Okay,
Today I have my video.
My podcast,
A meeting,
And just showing up for those things and putting those worries and everything aside because Especially when you've done everything you can do.
In regards to those,
And let's say you're waiting for something,
You just have to wait.
Or sometimes you have to take a break from those stressors and just focus on what needs to get done for that day.
My hope for everyone is that when you're struggling,
On the days to get going.
Just show up.
Focus on the things that need to get done for that day because we're going to have those off days where it's like,
I don't feel like doing today.
But if we can just focus on what needs to get done,
Show up for ourselves.
And also a lot of times when we start just doing what we need to get done.
Then I feel like.
.
.
Things kind of like start to feel better,
Right?
I've done that a lot for myself when it's hard to get up and I'm like,
Okay,
Get up,
Get going,
Just start doing.
And to be honest,
After I start doing,
It's like,
Oh.
I actually feel a lot better.
And just by doing these little short videos too,
They seem to always make me feel better.
Plus I got a podcast episode later that I.
I know will leave me feeling very great.
But just show up,
Show up for yourself.
And just get through the day.
Just focus on what needs to get done and push through.
Those struggles.
Put your stress and worries aside for that day and just show up.
