I said that last video,
But.
It was eight.
I think this is actually the ninth video of Libra Living Liberations.
I'm trying out a new background here.
Today I want to talk about Doing.
.
.
What excites you.
Do what excites you.
And what I mean by that is finding something you're passionate and And.
.
.
When you do it,
It pumps you up so much.
It excites you.
You can feel it in your body.
You truly enjoy doing it.
It doesn't feel like a chore or something hard to do.
Or even if it's hard,
You feel it's so exciting.
To learn how to do it.
You know,
I've been thinking more about this I kind of recently is trying to focus more on things that I enjoy doing.
Now,
Of course,
We all have things that we have to get.
Done in the day.
But still incorporating into your daily lives of doing more of what you love.
You know,
Um,
I recently just started,
Well,
I've been doing these videos for a couple of months now.
Um,
But I did my first podcast episode last night,
Which will be,
Um,
Posting out today.
Um.
.
.
And it was just so,
I was so excited,
The planning,
Everything of it.
I've never done it before,
But it's been very exciting and it's something that I'm really proud of.
Going to learn to do better and that I'm going to kind of put myself into,
But it's something that excites me.
What I want to talk more about this is like when we do something that really excites us like To me,
It electrifies us.
I feel electrified when I'm doing it and it really helps our overall well-being because if we do more of what we want to do and also focus more on those things,
We're going to feel better more of the time.
Whereas if we focus on the bad,
And focus on the things we don't wanna do,
Then we're gonna feel like crap all the time.
Like,
I think of things like,
Oh,
I gotta clean the house,
I gotta do that.
And I focus on those things way too much.
Sure,
Those are things that I have to do because if I didn't clean the house,
It would start to look disastrous and not pleasant.
That would be worse for my mental health.
It's not to focus on those things and focus on,
Oh,
Hey,
I'm going to clean this,
And then I'm going to focus on editing my podcast.
You know,
Reading a book,
Because I do like reading books as well.
So my point here is just to focus on those things that bring excitement to your life.
Because we want to feel better in our lives,
Not.
.
.
You know,
Focus on those negative things and.
.
.
A lot of times we kind of fall into that trap of thinking,
Oh,
I got to pay the bills.
I got to.
.
.
Do the laundry,
Gotta clean the dishes,
And clean the house.
And I'm saying that from a personal experience.
I focus on them so much that it kind of consumes me and I just feel like crap.
But if I focus on the things that excite me,
Like working on these videos,
Working on the podcast,
Creating,
Reading books,
And focus more on that,
Then sure,
I have to get those other things done,
But then those other things don't seem like a big deal.
And maybe you can even incorporate things that you love into those things that kind of are crappy as well.
