There's no need to change it.
It's simply just an observation of the breath.
Noticing how it feels to breathe in that sense of fullness.
And to breathe out.
And with each inhale,
Invite in a sense of curiosity.
With each exhale,
Allow yourself to let go of something that no longer serves you.
Breathe in openness.
And breathe out release.

Just as the trees shed their leaves during this time of fall or autumn,
