Now welcoming sensations beginning in the jaw,
The mouth,
Ears,
Eyes,
Forehead,
Scalp.
Feeling the entire head down the neck and shoulders.
To the arms and the palms,
Fingers,
Torso and pelvis.
Fits,
Hips,
Legs and feet.
Your entire body revealing sensations.
Just welcoming this experience the way it is.
Notice the breath as the abdomen releases and expands.
Welcoming feelings of ease and well-being in your body.
And the joy of simply being.
Imagine going about your daily life all the while awake and aware.
Awareness in which all of life is unfolding.

Just slowly begin to open and close the eyes.
