This is a traditional Yoga Nidra, for deep rest and healing. It is a practice of pratayahara or sense withdrawal, which enables the nervous system to down regulate creating the inner environment for you to recharge and find peace and ease. This practice is traditionally done lying down however can be listened to in a supported seated position, which ever is most comfortable for you. Switch off from your activities, listen and enjoy.
