I'm Maloni.
I'm a yoga and fitness instructor and for a long time I thought the body was something to be trained,
Strengthened and pushed.
But when I started paying attention to the quieter things it was doing,
I realized there's much more to it on the inside than only on the outside.
The way it braces before a difficult conversation,
The way it softens after a good cry.
A single breath taken slowly and with intention that can change a lot of things.
Over a few episodes we are going to explore what your body is actually doing when emotion moves through it and how you can work with that instead of against it.
You don't need any experience with yoga or breath work to be here.
You just need to be curious,
Aware and present.
