Each meditation is part of a specialised program I've developed to support you in aging well—addressing sleep and relaxation, managing the changes that come with getting older, and nurturing self-kindness through life's joys and challenges. Whether you're new to meditation or have practised for years, you'll find gentle, evidence-based practices here that honour your life experience and wisdom. Our sessions include body scans, loving-kindness meditations, breath awareness, and compassion practices. This circle is a space to: • Find calm and ease in body and mind • Develop self-compassion and resilience • Improve sleep and reduce stress • Connect with a community of like-minded seekers • Embrace aging with grace and kindness All are welcome.
