Welcome to The Wise Heart Circle
This group offers guided mindfulness and self-compassion meditations specifically designed for older adults who wish to cultivate peace, resilience, and well-being in their later years.
Each meditation is part of a specialised program I've developed to support you in aging well—addressing sleep and relaxation, managing the changes that come with getting older, and nurturing self-kindness through life's joys and challenges.
Whether you're new to meditation or have practised for years, you'll find gentle, evidence-based practices here that honour your life experience and wisdom. Our sessions include body scans, loving-kindness meditations, breath awareness, and compassion practices.
This circle is a space to:
