Menopause and Wellness Journey

Menopause is not a single moment in time, it’s a journey that affects every woman differently. Our Menopause & Wellness Journey is designed to support women through every stage, from pre menopause, perimenopause to post-menopause, with compassion, understanding, and practical guidance. This journey focuses on physical health, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle balance, recognising that menopause can impact energy levels, sleep, confidence, mental health, and overall quality of life. We provide a safe, supportive space where women feel heard, informed, and empowered to take control of their wellbeing. We will share our experiences as even though, there will be differences there will also be some similarities that we can learn from each other. There will be discussions around: - Understanding the changes happening in our bodies - Tips on Managing symptoms such as hot flushes, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog and others - Exploring ways to improve our sleep, better nutrition, and changing daily routines accordingly - Building resilience, confidence, and self-care habits that work for us. No one size fits all!! - How to feel supported at home, at work, and in our everyday lives by having open discussions with our loved ones and work colleagues We will be celebrating menopause as a natural life stage, not something to be hidden or endured alone. The aim is not just about symptom management, but helping us to thrive, feel confident, and prioritising our wellbeing long-term.
