As we learn and move through postures, we invite the Holy Sprite to guide our intentions, foster peace, strength, and flexibility—both physically and spiritually. We include moments of prayer, reflection, and quiet meditation to help center the mind and open the heart to transformative grace. Whether you are seeking physcial wellness, spiritual growth or simply a deeper sense of inner peace, Holy and Grounded Yoga offers a sacred space to grow. Yoga is for everyone and every-body. No judgement, and complete acceptance of where you are and arriving on your mat (or chair) whole before our God.
