Our WITHYIN community where we come together held by Creative Wellness Facilitator Robert Halley. An ALL-BODIES-LEVELS-CULTURES-2SLGBTQ+ inclusive positive space. You are encouraged to share one or all four of the following self-reflection themes: 🌹 your ROSE (a beautiful celebratory moment) 🥀 Your THORN (a painful challenging moment) 🌱 your SEED (what did you nourish to grow?) 🌊 your WATER (what would you redo and transform from your recent past?) . . .feel free to share your ROSE-THORN-SEED-WATER either daily, weekly or one your own schedule. Let us celebrate each other, be a witness, heal and rise up! Taking self-care to community care. . . . .and of course to reflect on anything that came up from Robert's 'LIVE' sessions. Together as a wisdom circle, we hone intuition to listen & offer Mind Body Spirit Wellness.
