5MIN4LOVE: Connect w/ ur 💜& Spread LOVE

This movement was birthed in February with the vision to connect hearts globally and simultaneously generate the frequency of love, healing ourselves, our communities, and the planet. When we experience heartbreak, loss, disillusion or deception or simply when life feels hard, when we feel hopeless whilst the world is on fire we tend to want to close our hearts. And this is exactly when we can create change & vibrate a more expansive frequency by opening the heart further. The degree of pain only represents our heart's depths, and pouring more love into the cracks created is the way to keep the flow of love going. Connecting with our emotions we can start healing our hearts, allowing the flow to heal us and make room for more love to pour in and out. It's about exploring universal love beyond romantic love, understanding love does not come from an external source and that we can cultivate our inner source, expanding our hearts from this place.
