Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and out. Again, Let's breathe deeply. And this time, As you continue to breathe, I want you to begin to imagine yourself laying out comfortably in a big open field of the softest, Most plush and comforting grass your body has ever felt. You feel a warm breeze wash over you as you lay safely. The land carrying you seems to mold perfectly to the shape of your being, As if you're being held in the hands of earth, Cupped like a small child, Or like a puddle of water, Being scooped out of the streams of life and brought carefully to the mouth of our mother, Into the soul of our earth mother, Entering into her body and being renewed through her healing and transformative energies. What's so magical about water is its ability to remain true and confident in its own definition without ever being able to see itself. Always existing as a reflection of the world around it. Water is the longest held wish of the universe, A wish to be a collection of memories, A wish to be the persistent element, The gift to sustain and survive, An extension of the greatest ancestors, The generational wealth, Which ensures the legacy and secures the life of us all. You are the greatest imagination, The greatest legacy of the universe. Held within you is water, Making up more than half of your physical body. And like water, You are a reflection of your ancestors' dreams, Their lives and perspectives. You are the memories of your soul. Memories of the earth are embedded into your being as natural codes, A quiet hum and hymn in your aura, Which reminds earth every time she feels you on her skin, That you are her child. A magical, Beautiful, Divinely inspired reflection of herself. Like water, We shift phases, Pass through time with the flow of life's current, Each at their own speed. We dry out and transform. We shed skin, Become weightless, Rebirth and become one again. We find community in the collective wash of loved ones. We fall like rain. And while the descent may feel like an ending for us, To others, It brings signs of new beginnings. And in alignment with our essence, We feed ourselves by feeding others. We give and receive through love, Through a recognition of the self, We fill our cups, Realizing that we had always been there, But had only been seeing what was outside of ourselves. And as we find ourselves, The way we see and love others begins to shift, Like the clearing of a glass or removal of a veil. Suddenly, We see. Suddenly under this dark night sky, Once covered by clouds and light pollution, As we wait beneath the sky, We begin to see the truth of ourselves. Reflecting above us through the bright flame of a shooting star. Where this star came from, None of us know. How we were able to see it, Despite Earth being a slow disconnection from sites of the physical universe around us. This star made it through as a memory, A gift from the ancestors, A reminder of how much more of yourself there is to discover through a deeper connection with the universe. As the burning star soars across the sky and deep into the blackness of outer space, Instead of longing again for what feels like a miracle, Reach inside yourself for that same magic. A shooting star, Light chasing itself through the darkness, Is remarkable to us. A shooting star, Light chasing itself through the darkness, Is remarkable to those who have never seen a clear sky. But did you know that shooting stars are as common as you believe yourself to be? And if only we could see them more often, More clearly, Without the self-doubt and grief that follows due to the loss we've taken on under light pollution, We'd be able to see just how close our dreams really are to us, Just how much the universe wants us like we want them. What is the long lost wish you let go of? Could be a small, Quiet wish that you never allowed to be heard out loud. It could be the most glorious, Booming desire you once told the universe about through your daydreams, Your fantasies, And creativity. It could be a dream you chased for a while and you never woke up to find yourself trapped in the darkness. Or it could be a dream you never allowed yourself to see, A dream you never allowed to see itself, Like an ocean of deep waters, Always painting a picture of life around and within it, But never of itself. We are at a climactic point in human history. We are from the age of dreamers. We are the slumbering part of your soul that holds tightly onto the most cherished, Most meaningful, Most authentic expressions of the self, Sheltering them from the weather of life outside of your arms. It's time to learn to trust again in the hold of the universe, In the cradle of mother earth, To give your dreams to the world and ask it to help you nourish, Grow, And manifest your deepest desires. You may not recognize it. It's you and your deepest dreams that will heal the earth. You are the water holding within you generations of deep knowing, Deep loving, And dreaming passed down to you through your earthly ancestors and spiritual family. Held within you is the door back to the self, A magical door back to the center of earth, The most genuine expression of freedom, Compassion, Giving, And receiving. Held within you is a door back into the universe. Your dreams will clear the sky. Your dreams will pull the stars back to earth and heal the hurt that built the walls of separation between us. You have been molded for lifetimes by eons of souls, All waiting for the time when we would need the most brave and loving spirits to express their truth, Share their dreams, And encourage others to do the same. Your time is now, The shooting star leading us out of our own shallow shadow and into the deep, True, Gorgeous vastness of ourselves. You are the shooting star. If you're ready, Your ancestors are surrounding you, Ready to help you set your dreams aflame. It may take some time to remember what that dream is, But once you do, Promise to never let it go again. You are the key. So when you're ready, When you're ready to begin, Take another deep breath in and come back to our sacred space. Feel the energy in your body. Feel the energy of love surrounding you, Gently welcoming you back to this present moment. Thank you for taking a journey through earth and the universe to find your way back to yourself.
