Hi you guys,
So please make yourself comfortable.
Today we're going to talk about making your body a home so your soul can receive your children.
Making your body a home so your soul can receive your children.
So this is a process that we all have to go through.
It doesn't matter where you are in your life,
What stage you're in.
This is a constant process.
Bringing the soul into the body is a journey that we all go through in this lifetime.
There is no such thing as the way.
There is no such thing as wrong or right.
This is inherent.
It is natural to go through the process of making your body a home for your soul,
Okay?
Let's just begin by breathing together.
You can move your body around if that's helpful.
Feel free to sway,
To allow yourself to sink into the moment,
This experience.
It's entirely okay if you are nervous or scared or confused,
You feel weird.
That is totally fine.
All we're doing is just stretching and moving the body,
The soul,
Our voice,
Our sound.
You can stretch sound and sometimes you need to do that.
You need to listen to a different speed of sound.
It's what your ears need,
It softens things.
When you want your body to be a home for your soul,
That is dealing with the merging of the energies.
And right now,
The masculine is following the feminine.
So we watch as our soul dances and our body dances.
We watch the soul,
What the soul does,
We do.
When you're stretching,
That's your soul and your body moving in,
Synchronicity.
So we just want to begin that energy because that energy begins the process of attachment.
That's how you can begin to attach to your soul.
You just want to stretch,
Stretch it out,
Move slow,
Move slow because the soul is big.
So when the soul moves,
It's slower.
So we need to move slower,
Slow down,
Slow your body,
Slow your mind,
Slow your vision.
Sync into this moment,
Be here.
You know what stretching is?
Stretching is the process of making your body a home for your soul,
But stretching is that process of foreplay.
Stretching is the chase,
Stretching is the journey.
And you don't want to do it while you're doing it,
But once you've done it,
That's it.
That was the point.
The point was to stretch,
But do you understand what I'm saying?
Having your soul in your body is the point.
You want your soul down here with you,
Not up there.
Bring your soul into your body.
You don't need to look up,
You don't need to look out,
But the soul come into your body.
Part of the process of allowing the soul into your body is not looking for it.
Because if you're looking for it,
It has to be above you,
In front of you,
Around you.
You'll have to see it,
But if you want to see the soul,
Then the soul can't be in your body.
Okay?
Because when you're looking inward,
That's a whole different experience.
That's not even sight.
That's a sense that we don't have a name for right now,
Or maybe I don't know the name and I need to do more reading,
But yeah,
That's the process of looking inward.
It's a different sense,
And so in order to tap into that sense,
You have to become really,
Really comfortable with completely embodying the soul.
And completely embodying the soul means a lot of softness.
It means a lot of soul.
Very slow movement.
Don't stop moving.
Don't stop moving.
Inside,
Pushing.
This is what it's like.

That is light.
It's bright.
It's airy.
It's like it's a beautiful energy.
It's freedom.
It's nothing to do with saying you're here.
So this is the soul.

There are some messages that we can receive.
Go through the motions.
See what comes up.
Go in and move around.
And then this will be a continuous process of leading,
Following.
Following your soul,
Leading with the body.
Following your soul,
Leading with the body.
You're not detached.
You just let one rule and you let the other rule.
That's balance.
Ruling and following at the same time.
It's letting one rule,
Then let the other rule.
And the other one just gets to.

Stretch out your neck a little bit.
Pull your shoulders down.
Let them go.

You don't really need to worry about anything.

You don't need to look at your phone.
You don't need to do anything.

So,
There's this process of exchange that happens.
For the soul,
There's this process of engagement.
Engagement with Earth.
The process of your soul engaging with Earth is a process that cannot be done by anyone else but your soul.
This is a process that is unique.
This is a process that is sacred.
Your soul's relationship with the Earth is sacred.
There is a deep and mutual respect for one another.
But the soul truly admires the Earth.
The soul loves the Earth.
There really isn't much the soul wouldn't do for the Earth.
Sometimes what the Earth needs is for the soul to leave.
To go away.
It's really hard though for us.
Right?
Because we are both the soul and the Earth.
So when one part leaves,
That's hard.
You don't want anyone to go.
You don't want anything to go.
You want to be at one with the Earth and with your soul.
With your family.
You want your family to be safe.
You want your family to be healed.
To be protected.
You are protected.
You are so protected.
There is nothing.
There is no one.
This is safe.
This is safe.
This is your home.
This is your home.
This is your world.
All of this is yours.
Only yours.
You get to have this.
You get to keep this.
This is yours.
Always has been.
It's not even for me to say.
It's yours.
It's you.
This is yours.
This is yours.
So let's receive it.
Let's continue to receive.

There's no need to be afraid.
There's no need to be nervous.

This is helping.
This is working.
It's scary.

Don't be afraid.
Just stretch your body.
It's a great way to process and transmute fear.
Just stretch.
Seriously.
Just always be moving your body in one way or another.
You know?
You don't really ever need to be completely still.
We are creatures that move in that sense being nomadic is very literal.
Very liberal.
Very literal.
Our body is nomadic.
It is always moving.
Even when we live in one place live in one home or on this couch,
This chair,
This bed,
This floor,
This seat,
This grass,
This ground.
Your body is migrating.
Help your body migrate by moving.
Move.
Stretch.
Move.
Dancing is a great way to help your body migrate at a faster pace actually.
Which in some sense your body is always running.
Sometimes it needs to run slower sometimes it needs to run faster.
It's always running though.
Don't worry about the speed.
Hey,
Look at your body.
Look at your hands.
Look at yourself.
Look at yourself as you move as you stretch.
Look at your thighs.
Your legs.
Your feet.
Wiggle your feet.
Wiggle your fingers.
Your toes.
Your wrists.
Flip your wrists around and roll them around.
Just get into your body.
This is your home.
This is your place.
It's just a matter of this being your place.
Right?
So you bring the soul down.
You anchor.
You attach to the soul by doing those deep stretches.
You bring the soul in.
You bring it in.
You bring it in.
You bring it in.
Then you begin to integrate.
You just move around.
Okay?
Migrate.
Be in all the romantic self.
You've always been.
Move,
Stretch,
Move,
Dance.
Move.
And then stay here.
Be in the energy.
And when it's time for your body to go,
Your soul to go back up,
Remember that your soul is still there.
Okay?
When it's time to bring in,
You come in.
It's not this process of it being linear.
It's not linear.
Okay?
There's breaks.
There's gaps.
There's cut-offs.
All of that is completely natural.
That's the way of your soul incarnating on this planet.
So wherever you're at right now,
It's okay.
That's just the way it is.
But here's a process to connect,
To call your soul.
There's so many ways to call your soul.
You have so many ways that you call your soul down that you don't even know about.
Probably through the things you love to do because you probably love to do that with your soul.
It's a way that you two bond.
That's your friendship.
That's your girl.
That's your boy.
That's your homie.
Um.

Yeah.
It's really your friend.
But here's a way to call if you want to use this way.
This is a way that we all do together.
And know how you didn't have to see me.
It wasn't about copying me.
It's just about sharing the space together.
Landing in together.
Soul to soul.
Heart to heart.
If we were in the same room.
Body to body.
