Take a deep breath in,

Allow your breath to flow in and out following the natural rhythms of your body and your needs.
With the understanding that you are safe here,

You are divinely guided,
Held closely and softly in the arms of the divine,
Of the universe,

Give yourself permission to completely relax.
Feel the breath of Mother Earth carry away all unwanted tensions,
Fears,
And restrictions.
Allow your sense to lovingly and comfortably open themselves up to the healing of the wind as she restores movement to the place within you,
Stuck and stagnant.
Feel the oxygen return to your being,
The now positively transmuted energy that Earth's breath of life transmuted through her infinite love and care for you,
Her child,
Her star.
Remember now how peaceful and calm you,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your spirit,
And your heart are resting safely in your divine birthright,
The birthright to be loved,

To be cherished and adored.
Remember that every part and thought of you was carefully,

That there is no part of you given or created by mistake,
That every sense of your essence is filled with the intention of Spirit.
You are not here by mistake,
You are here as a gift to this world directly channeled from the hands of the Great Goddess.
You are her beloved child.
Feel the path she paved to tranquility through the movement of your body,
The sound of your voice,
The light in your eyes.
In every form,
You exist as a direct path back to the origin of all.
You are the portal,
The bridge,
The communion between life and the divine.
Through you,
Our Divine Mother breathes,
Speaks,
Laughs,
Dances,
And liberates into freedom all beings you cross paths with.
Just as your ancestors have discovered in lives before,
You are all you've ever needed to know God,
Goddess,
Light,
Darkness,
Spirit.
You are pure,
Enlightening,
Healing Source.
Now see yourself in front of a vast and powerfully captivating body of water.
Behind you is a wide and expansive field of soft grass.
Small hills and valleys are scattered across the land.
Delicate flowers bloom from the soil beneath your feet.
See an array of bright yellow and white daisies marking a trail to the edge of the water.
You think of the clock and know that it is divine timing.
You are ready for change,
With the warm sun shining against your skin and a cool breeze reminding you to breathe deeply with the earth.
You begin to follow the path of daisies to the shore of the water.
With each step forward,
You can feel the daisies softly kiss your feet,
Almost as if they are carrying you along the way.
You begin to think of the women of your ancestry.
All the women who have ever lived,
With you inside of them,
One day waiting to be born and fulfill your divine purpose of being divine love incarnate,
Just as they were.
As all your ancestresses begin to lovingly flood your mind,
Body and spirit with life and awakening,
You feel even more lifted.
The soft kisses of sprouting daisies now beginning to feel like the gentle palms of your ancestors guiding you the rest of your way along your path.
You take your time,
Feeling each other,
Feeling each of their hands,
Remembering the feeling of their spirit,
Knowing that they live within you too.
Each step is like a homecoming.
You feel so loved and so supported.
You know that there is no pain.
Here in this sanctuary,
You are safe,
And that this feeling of divine,
Brilliantly feminine protection and support will always be with you and within you.
As you arrive to the edge of the water,
You feel the last of your ancestors give you a gentle push forward along your path to now stand alone on your own two feet.
They are right behind you.
Their love still surrounding you.
But now the ground beneath your feet feels like fresh soil and sand.
This feels like the land purposely crafted for you,
As if you have now reached the present moment in your family line.
And here you stand,
Right at the front,
Leading the way forward.
You allow your toes to dig into the soil,
Until your feet become rooted like a daisy budding out from the underground.
Within you,
You feel enormous gratitude for the loved ones who came before,
Who carried you to this present moment.
You feel so thankful for their strength and courage in the lives they lived,

You think of how long it took you to get to this place,
All the bravery you had to pull from within to make it here,

That carried the torch,

Made the sacrifices and did the healing to get you here.
This is not your first transformation.
You remember the water.
Over time you've learned how to surrender softly to the washing away of old lives in exchange for new ones.
You've learned to happily grieve and accept change as one of the many cycles of life that continues to spiral.
You feel safe in this transformation,
Knowing that on the other side will still be you,
Only more closely connected to the divine essence our spiritual mother intended for you the moment you were manifested.
You know that death,
Much like darkness,
When stepped into with divine love is a magical womb that allows for a laboring into positive evolutions and revolutions of the soul.
You understand that throughout life we have many deaths and rebirths.
You've done this before and you are ready to be reborn again.
With strong roots now tethering your body and your ancestral lineage to the earth,
You give the water permission to slowly and softly come in,
Pooling around your body,
Flooding the field with a divine clearing.
You look behind you and all your ancestors,
All the daisies sway gently and joyfully in the water.
They're ready for this renewal too.
You look down at your body and feel its loving desire for you to go forth into the next physical expression of who you've always been.
They are ready for the change too.
Feeling so incredibly supported and remembering that the water has always been another expression of home for you,
You and your soul leap gracefully and excitedly into the current.
Floating along the waves,
Feeling carried by Mother Earth's flow,
You are reminded of how the earth carried you before and of how your ancestors continue to carry you.
You don't feel the need to worry about where you're going or when you'll get there.
You know you are divinely aligned with exactly where you need to be.
You remember the beginning of this life,
This time you spent safely secured in your mother's womb.
You remember how excited your spirit was for this new beginning.
You remember how easy it was to trust in your path.
It was like trusting the water to carry you.
Instinct,
Intuition led you as easily as you breathe.
That same deep trust and faith in the divine and in yourself settles in you now.
You think of how greatly and magically your body grew and changed to be exactly what you needed to come into the world.
You think of how they have continued to grow with you,
Loving you,
Supporting you,
Fulfilling all your needs without hesitation.
You think of what a beautiful relationship of trust and love you've grown together.
Over the years and you're so grateful that they chose to be yours in this lifetime.
You feel your body beginning to form inside and surrounding you now,
Just as they did in the womb and throughout your life.
Through every transformation,
You take a moment to thank your body.
To thank them for your heart,
For always speaking to you with clarity and kindness.
You reach up to your mind and thank it for its curiosity,
Its fullness and ability to grow and adapt over time.
You thank your spirit and your shadow for giving you space to heal and for letting go of what was no longer serving you when you were ready.
Even when you felt behind,
The universe is showing you now that you've always been right on time,
Flowing with effortless divine love along the many currents of life.
In this moment,
You feel overflowing with abundant gratitude and love for the collection of souls that have worked together to bring you a life full of adventure,
Exploration,
Healing,
Awakening,
Aliveness,
Joy,
Peace and love.

You think back to every struggle and every hardship and you thank yourself for the willingness to go through,
To continue on and never give up.

You've fulfilled every divine purpose given to you in this life simply by being true to who you are.

A huge and gentle wave of relief and serenity washes over you.

The soil feels different than the land of before,
Yet familiar in a way that seems to extend beyond this life and reach back into that same sense of home that all stars feel in the night sky.

You're home.

Back in your body,

Back to life,
Though nothing is quite the same.
It is perfectly balanced and in alignment with what spirit has always wanted for you.
You feel the earth hug your feet as if she had been awaiting your arrival and you take a deep breath in as if your lungs are breathing fresh new air they've never tasted before.
They love the feeling and fill up strongly and gratefully with the new life in the air.
Another gust of cool air rinses your body and this time you hear a quiet and gentle voice call out to you.
They're saying a name.
Your name.
Though you've never heard it said this way before.
You listen more closely,
Softening your ears with openness to the new sounds tracing your hearing.
A warm rush of loving light fills your body and you feel a strong resonance with this name.
Your body,
Mind and spirit naturally stepping into it as if it has always been yours.
Remember that it has.
That this is the name of your soul,
Just as names of before have been.
You listen to your heart for confirmation,
Taking your time until you feel safe and ready to fully step into your new life with this new and yet very ancient name.
Your heart sings a song of divine acceptance for this new beginning and you know you are ready.
With full divine support and trust in what lies ahead of you,

Allowing it to resonate into the earth around you,
Securing your truth as one with the universe.
The universe sings your name back to you with an overflow of love and joy.
Everything alive celebrates your rebirth.
