Strange Heart Balance

When we look at the limits of what we think our personality is, vertigo always arises. Sometimes, the words of a heart that is alien to our environment are able to activate the magic within us and to balance our existence again. The solution is always within us, but how much inspiration we can find out there.

I came to this via a search for ‘vertigo’ and
would be very grateful if you could elaborate on your understanding of and thoughts on this please?? I have suffered from this debilitating affliction for many years now and am always searching for new ways of understanding, preventing and remedying it. I have found the metaphysical theories of Louise Hay and Annette Noontil very helpful but I still struggle with it so much. Namaste 🙏🙂🌿🌹

The whole point for me about exploring metaphysical causes of vertigo illness is about precisely the kinds of experiences you allude to: Immensity, complexity, confusion, overwhelm, literally feeling off-balance. The solution, therefore, is to somehow restore the self, which I’m learning is absolutely about deeply feeling into one’s own experience and about balancing the parts and elements of one’s being 🤍🖤🤍 Many blessings to you ☮️
