This literally made me cry and believe me, I’m NOT a cryer. I have never had so much emotion push up during a meditation as I did with this one. I almost stopped this twice but because the feelings were so in my face REAL, I decided to stick it out. This caught me completely off guard. It truly purged all this emotion from inside my body, I have no explanation as to why or where it came from (and do I truly need an explanation?). This was a beautiful tune. The water flowing in the background was so subtle. Almost unnoticeable. The music brought a light to my soul, maybe now thinking about it, a fire. It brought feelings out, that I have probably been harboring for years. But after, I felt good. And I still loved the tune. Thank you for sharing this. It opened my eyes and mind up. I think I found some of the spiritual healing people talk about. 😢💗🤗😘🙏🏻
