Hello my beautiful souls,
My name is Magena.
Today we will do an exercise that will answer a series of questions you probably ask yourself often.
Who are you?
Who are you for yourself and for others?
Please focus.
Now take a comfortable position that is best for you.
You can lie down,
You can close your eyes.
Breath calmly.
Bring quietness in your mind and your emotions.
And we will start soon.
Imagine yourself at the age of 80.
It's your birthday and you are about to celebrate this special day.
Imagine yourself at this point in your life.
How do you look?
Do you have wrinkles around your eyes?
How do your hands look?
Have you lost or gained weight?
What color is your hair?
Is it gray?
Or do you dye it?
Is it short or long?
Think.
What are you wearing on this special day?
What type of color did you choose?
Which color is the most distinct in your special outfit?
How do your clothes make you feel?
Do you like the way you look?
Are you comfortable in it?
Think.
Take breath.
Be calm and think.
Now try to imagine the place where you invited your guest.
Where is it?
Is it at your garden?
Is it at restaurant?
Try to imagine a house with a smart power.
See how it looks.
How do you feel?
Are you satisfied with the place?
Do you feel it?
Imagine.
Think.
Now imagine all the people who came to celebrate this day with you.
Who are they?
Are they loud?
Are they laughing?
How many colors of clothing do you see?
Which one did you particularly notice?
Are the types of color do you like?
Imagine.
Music is playing.
What kind of music do you hear?
Is it live music or it played from device?
Is it music that you like?
Does it remind you of specific moment in your life?
Imagine.
Try to listen.
Do you hear it?
And now imagine your guest approaching you and starting to give you their wishes.
Don't think about what would you like or expect to receive.
Just think what each of them might bring you.
Use your imagination.
What could you surprise you?
Think.
Now imagine yourself while the people are giving you their wishes.
Is your partner next to you?
How they look like?
Are they hugging you?
Whispering something in your ear?
What is it?
What words are they using?
What are they grateful for?
Think.
Now your parents are coming to you.
What are they saying?
What are they wishing you?
What are they thanking you for?
Breath and feel all the emotions come up to you.
Think.
Now your children are coming to you.
What are they wishing you?
What are they thanking for you?
Now a friend is coming to you.
What are they saying to you?
What are they wishing you?
What are they grateful for?
Now think about the people that you love to see at the party but they finally couldn't make it.
Imagine them that they are now coming to you.
Start with the ones who have marked your life but couldn't be here today.
Who are they?
What is your relation with each of them?
How did it end?
Or how it broke up?
What are they saying to you?
What are they wishing you?
What are they grateful for?
Now stay with your emotions and feelings.
Lay down for a moment and feel every emotion that come up to you and think about why.
What kind of emotion did you have?
Did you like them?
Are you satisfied with this day?
What is your happy birthday?
Easy to.
.
.
Nice.
.
.
Think.
.
.
Calm.
.
.
Thank you for listening.
I wish you beautiful moments.
This is what I call the happy birthday session.
A strong exercise to wake up your deepest feelings and emotions.
If you need,
You can come back to this session as many times as you like.
You can write down everything you saw and felt that special day.
Each time that you come back to this session,
Try to compare the last feelings with what you have felt and the very first time.
I wish you beautiful moments.
Thank you.
