Sacred Heart of Jesus,
We come before you prayerfully,
Some of us on our knees in prayer,
Some of us sitting back with our eyes closed,
Relaxing,
Meditating in prayer.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
We bring all of our troubles and worries to you as we inhale your love and exhale all of our worries.
O Sacred Heart of Jesus,
We come before you because we know that we are safe,
That your heart is open to all of our worries and cares.
We come before you asking that you would compassionately listen,
That you will hear and answer as we kneel before you as we open our heart so that you can hear us with your heart.
O precious Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I place myself in your care at this difficult time.
Pray for me.
Help me know that I need not face my troubles alone.
Please join me in my need as I ask you to send me consolation in my sorrow,
Courage in my fear,
And healing in the midst of my suffering.
I ask you,
My loving Sacred Heart of Jesus,
To fill me with the grace to accept whatever may lie ahead for me and my loved ones and to strengthen my faith in God's healing power.
Thank you,
Sacred Heart,
For the promise of hope,
The promise of hope you hold out to all who believe and inspire me to give this gift of hope to others as it has been given to me.
This day,
Dear Lord,
Put your sweet thoughts into my heart,
Your words on my lips,
Your love in my heart,
Your will in my spirit,
Your peace in my soul,
Your love to enfold me,
Your peace to comfort me,
Your holy water to heal me so that neither pain nor hardship,
Illness nor turmoil,
Sadness nor hurt can keep your loving healing grace from me ever.
My Lord and Savior,
Hear my prayer.
I ask you,
My loving God,
To heal my body,
Refresh my soul and spirit.
Let me be renewed by the transforming of my mind.
I pray that any pain I have will cease,
My strength will increase,
And my fears will be released so that your blessings,
My Lord,
Your love and joy will surround me today and evermore.
Lord Jesus,
In the spirit of the Holy Spirit,
Renew my faith in your healing touch and help me to put my trust entirely in you.
Oh Lord,
Keep me close to you that I may find comfort and peace in the nearness of your unfailing love.
Oh Lord,
I am faithful.
Bless all those afflicted with sickness.
Heal our bodies and give us the strength Jesus had.
Soothe our minds and bring knowledge of the truth that God's immeasurable love for us never ends.
Touch our souls with your peace,
Lord,
The peace that transcends all understanding.
I long for healing.
Jesus,
Lay your hands on many who are sick.
We bring our prayers to you that you may give us health so that we may love and serve you ever faithfully.
Do not worry about anything,
But in everything,
By prayer and supplication with thanksgiving,
Let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God,
Which surpasses all understanding,
Will guard your hearts and your mind in Christ Jesus.

As we relax and meditate in prayer and center our heart within the spirit of our soul,
We allow our soul to pray to our Lord,
The sacred heart of love,
The sacred heart of compassion.
I come,
Therefore,
With unbounded confidence to employ your intercession,
Holy Spirit,
Obtain my requests.
The light of God surrounds me.
The love of God enfolds me.
The power of God protects me.
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am,
God is also.
Most loving heart of Jesus,
Bring me health and body and spirit that I may serve you with all my strength,
All my heart.
Touch gently this life which you have created now and forever.
Show me your mercy.
Be my comfort,
My hope and strength and consolation.
Oh,
Lord,
I kneel before you.
I open my heart and soul.
Here now my prayer for help.
Lord,
Life's trials sometimes feel as though they are more than I can possibly bear.
On those days when I feel completely overwhelmed,
Give me that added strength I need to get through the day with courage and hope.
When I feel as though I am at my very end,
Find a way to reassure me so I am able to endure for another day.
When trials come my way,
Let your light,
The light of the Holy Spirit of love,
Show me how to carry on.
Lord,
Send someone to help lighten my burdens.
Surround me with your angels.
When others take advantage of me,
Whisper some words of encouragement into my heart so I know you're at my side and that I do not have the will and power to overcome the most impossible of trials.
Lord,
Please assure me that I will never be given a burden heavier that you and I can carry together.
Heal me,
O Lord,
And I will be healed.
Save me and I will be saved.
For you are my God.
All the glory goes to you.
Life is a journey,
Jesus.
The days of this pilgrimage are a gift from you,
Lord.
I realize that through my life,
Some days will be extremely happy and some will be sad.
I realize that you remind me each and every day through the power of the Holy Spirit,
Through the love of the angels and the saints,
That each day of my life should be held as a treasured gift for my Creator.
Peace be with you.
The peace I give is a deeper peace than that which the world can ever give you.
So I say,
Never be worried,
Upset or afraid because my peace will be with you forever and always.
O Lord,
My God,
I remember I cried out to you one day for help and you said to me,
Here I am.
The great I am will heal you.
O loving Sacred Heart of Jesus,
I am grateful that you have listened to our prayers,
Our requests.
Our hope is forever in you.
We know to turn to you in times of trials,
In our troubles and even in our victories.
May you always be praised and glorified and may we walk in a way that's pleasing to you,
Lord,
As we help others on their journey,
On their paths.
May we be a light unto the world.
May our words be full of praise and love and encouragement.
