Loving,
And external viewpoint that encompasses all.
Take a moment,
Sit comfortably,
Lie down.
Close your eyes gently,
Softly,
And take a beautiful,
Slow,
Cleansing,
Deep breath.
As you breathe in,
Feel the air filling your lungs,
Bringing in the new energy,
New life,
New perspective.
Now exhale,
Releasing any tension or worries.
Let them go,
For now.
Let them drift away,
Just like bubbles into the air.
And as they drift away,
They pop.
Breathe deeply again,
And on this breath,
Imagine breathing in love,
Light,
And peace.
Breathe out any burdens,
Any heaviness,
Any thoughts that keep you from this,
Your moment,
Your meditation.
Gently and easily breathe in God's love,
God's peace.
Breathe in the stillness of the divine.
With each breath,
You feel yourself growing more and more relaxed.
Your eyes are heavier,
And you begin to drift into a beautiful consciousness of love,
Trusting in the process of love,
Trusting in the angels of love,
Trusting that they are protecting you,
Watching over you,
And loving you.
Now,
With each breath,
Imagine your awareness expanding.
Feel your consciousness rising,
Lifting higher and higher,
Above your physical body,
Above your thoughts.
Visualize yourself ascending above,
Above,
Higher still,
Until you can see the vastness of the world beneath you.
From this beautiful place,
There is no limit to your vision,
No limits to your imaginations,
To your dreams.
Imagine yourself floating above the clouds,
Beyond the heavens.
You are now in the presence of the divine,
Free from time,
Free from space,
Free from any sense of personal limitations.
You are a time traveler.
This is God's view.
In this divine,
Sacred space,
You are one with all that is,
Connected to every being,
Every element,
Every breath of life.
There is no separation here.
There is only unity,
Love,
And divine presence.
Now,
From God's perspective,
Look upon the world.
Embrace into your soul,
The beauty of creation in all its forms.
From up here,
Everything is whole,
Perfect in its unfolding.
Look upon humanity with the emotions of your heart.
Look upon humanity from your soul that is filled with compassion and understanding,
With a knowing that each person,
Each soul is on their unique journey,
Embracing love,
Embracing truth,
Seeking to return home to the divine.
There is no judgment from this view,
Only deep,
Unwavering love.
Every challenge,
Every joy,
Every sorrow,
And triumph,
All of it is part of the divine plan for your soul's life.
All of it woven into the fabric of existence.
Everything is held with infinite grace.
Everything held with God's forgiveness.
As you observe God's world,
Notice how all things are interconnected.
The trees,
The rivers,
The ocean,
The sky,
The animals,
The people are all part of one divine harmony.
There is no separation here,
No division.
Everything is as it should be,
Divinely orchestrated.
The music of the planets,
Resounding,
Beautiful harmonies of love and gentleness.
Let your soul listen to the beautiful music of the planets.
From God's viewpoint,
There is peace,
There is understanding,
There is love,
Pure and unconditional.
This now is your belief,
Your viewpoint,
You.
And God are of one mind.
You and God are one.
Feel yourself sinking deeper into this divine perspective.
Realize that from this view,
You are loved beyond measure.
Your worth is not defined by your job,
Your mistakes,
Or your successes.
You are loved simply because you exist.
You are an integral part of this great divine tapestry.
In this moment,
You are reminded that you are never alone.
God sees you in every moment.
The divine presence is within you,
Around you,
And ahead of you.
You are always being held,
Always being guided,
Always being loved.
For God so loved the world that he created you in this time,
In this space.
You are his creation.
From God's viewpoint,
You are perfect as you are.
There is no need for striving,
For proving anything,
For becoming.
You are already God's vision of perfection.
As you continue to observe the world,
Let God's love surround you,
Embrace you.
Let God's love fill you up.
Feel this love expanding within you,
Healing you from every dis-ease,
Healing you from brokenness,
Healing you.
Feel this love washing away any fear,
Any doubt,
Any worries that have been clouding your mind with uncertainty.
Let God's love and truth enter into your life.
From this viewpoint,
You are perfection.
Feel yourself bathed in divine light,
Soft and radiant,
Healing and warm.
Let God's love fill every cell of your being.
You are perfect,
Just as you are.
Knowing that this love is always with you,
It is never far away.
It is within you,
Around you,
And all throughout creation.
Slowly,
Softly,
Begin to bring your awareness back.
Know that the perspective you have experienced today is always accessible to you.
From God's viewpoint,
You are eternally loved,
Supported,
And at peace.
No matter what is happening in the world,
You can always return to this sacred place of divine understanding,
Where love and hope flows into your being.
Take a beautiful,
Deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Allow any distractions to drift away.
When you are ready,
Stretch,
Gently open your eyes,
Carrying this divine perspective with you.
Let the love and peace you are experiencing continue to guide you throughout your day.
You are always seen.
You are always heard.
You are always loved.
You are always part of the divine.
