Find a quiet space to pause.
Sit or lay down,
Letting your body soften.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose,
Breathing in peace,
And a big exhale out through your mouth,
Releasing any stress.
This practice is your go-to tool for setting loving boundaries with yourself.
Your sacred pause.
Allow this moment to be the space between stimulus and response,
So you're not functioning from old programming or triggers,
But rather observing yourself and making choices that serve you.
Let's begin by noticing.
Notice your breath as it enters and exits your nostrils.
Notice the sensations in your body.
Notice the stories that you're telling yourself about what's true.
And simply allow that noticing to be enough.
Nothing to fix or change.
Just notice.
And from this place of observation,
I invite you to set one loving boundary with yourself.
Perhaps you want to give yourself more space to process before you respond.
Perhaps you want to say no,
Delegate,
Or change some of your plans today.
On your next in-breath,
Place your hand on your heart and ask,
What would serve me based on what I noticed that's going on inside me right now?
Bring a smile to your face,
Knowing that you can always change your patterns by creating sacred space for yourself to pause and notice what would serve you best.
Now take a big inhalation in,
Pulling in peace,
Well-being,
And love.
Hold it at the top.
And then a big exhale out,
Releasing anything you notice that doesn't serve you.
Carry this sacred pause and peace into your day.
Set the boundaries that serve you.
You got this.
