Every wound carries wisdom—if we choose to listen. This poem invites you to pull the wisdom from your wounds, tend to them with love, and honor their imprint as a source of evolution, power, and connection. Through reflection and compassion, you’ll see your healing not as a burden, but as a gift, revealing the strength and beauty that was within you all along.

Transcript

Pull the wisdom from your wounds and stitch up the rest.

Treat it with unconditional love.

Sing to it.

Bathe it.

Be curious about its tenderness and beauty.

Decide how deep you'll allow the scar to be.

Honor its imprint by sharing its story from a place of evolution,

Power,

And possibility.

Connecting broken hearts that were never broken after all.

They simply never had the chance to heal.

They'd been dosed with fear,

Judgment,

And victimhood.

Never treated with love.

Never seen for their gifts.

Never heard for their wisdom.

What a gift.

What a gift.

What a gift.
