This heart-centered self-love prayer supports you in choosing devotion over self-doubt and presence over performance. With each breath, you’ll welcome acceptance and release shame—offering gratitude to your body, your heart, and your resilience. You’ll also be reminded to stop abandoning yourself, to speak to yourself like someone you deeply love, and to choose boundaries that honor your energy and truth. Let this prayer be a quiet return to your worth, your tenderness, and your humanity—exactly as you are.

This is your sacred moment to come home to yourself,

Softening out of self-judgment and coming back into self-compassion.

You are ready to receive love from the one person who is always with you,

You.

Find a quiet space to pause,

Sit or stand,

Letting your body soften.

Place one hand on your heart,

The other on your belly.

Feel your breath.

Feel your life.

Feel the truth.

You are here.

With each breath in,

Welcome tenderness.

With each breath out,

Release pressure,

Comparison,

And the old belief that you have to earn love.

With your eyes closed and your hand on your heart space,

Allow this prayer to wash over you.

Universe,

I call on you for this self-love prayer.

Help me to see myself with clearer eyes,

Not through the lens of criticism,

But through the lens of compassion.

Help me to remember the divine being that exists in me always,

Knowing I'm worthy of love right here,

Right now.

Remind me to have love and gratitude for this body that carries me,

For this heart that keeps choosing love over fear,

And for this soul that has survived what once felt impossible.

When I forget my worth,

Bring me back to the truth that I am not here to prove myself.

I am here to be myself.

May I speak to myself like someone I deeply love.

May I stop abandoning myself to make others comfortable.

May I choose boundaries that honor my energy,

My needs,

And my truth.

As I breathe in,

I welcome acceptance.

As I breathe out,

I release shame.

Removing the stories that I am too much,

Not enough,

Or behind.

Teach me how to hold my tenderness without fixing it.

How to celebrate my growth without rushing it.

How to forgive myself for the times I didn't know what I know now.

I ask you,

Universe,

My ancestors and Mother Nature,

To guide me.

To live in alignment with what matters most.

To choose devotion over self-doubt and presence over performance.

I call in self-love that is steady and real,

Not loud,

Not perfect,

Not conditional,

But perfectly imperfect,

Rooted,

Resilient,

And true,

With full permission to be human.

And so it is.

Namaste.
