This is your sacred moment to anchor into gratitude and return to what truly matters.

You are ready to soften into this day of thanksgiving,

Receiving its blessings without losing yourself in the noise.

Find a quiet space to pause,

Sit or stand,

Letting your body soften.

Place one hand on your heart,

The other on your belly.

Feel your power,

Your spark,

Alive within you.

With each breath in,

You welcome gratitude,

And with each breath out,

You release pressure,

Comparison,

And expectation.

With your eyes closed and your hand on your heart space,

Allow this prayer to wash over you.

Universe,

I offer this thanksgiving prayer.

Help me to remember the simple gifts that sustain me,

This breath,

This body,

This moment.

Thank you for the food that will nourish me,

For the hands that prepare it,

And for the land,

Animals,

Water,

And soul that will make all this possible.

I honor the people who sit at my table and those who live only in my heart.

May I feel connected even when I am alone.

I welcome gratitude and release perfection,

Softening into presence,

Able to sit beside whatever this day brings,

Joy,

Tenderness,

Silence,

Or grief.

As I breathe in,

I welcome peace,

And as I breathe out,

I release what is not mine to carry.

The thanksgiving I seek begins within me,

In my heart,

In my values,

In my intentions.

Through your guidance,

My ancestors,

And Mother Nature,

I trust I will be shown the right next step to choose compassion,

Presence,

And truth.

I am listening and open to the quiet miracles that arrive when I live this day with gratefulness,

Unconditional love for myself and others.

I call in a thanksgiving rooted in presence and love today,

Tomorrow,

And forever,

With full permission to be human.

And so it is.
