How often do you look around to find things to appreciate?
Why is it so important to focus on appreciation?
Abraham Hicks says that the energy of appreciation is the same vibrational frequency of source energy.
Appreciation also matches the essence of love,
Joy,
Freedom,
Clarity,
And pure well-being,
Because all of those are the essence of who Source is.
As extensions of Source energy,
We are love,
Joy,
Freedom,
Clarity,
Pure well-being,
And appreciation embodied.
So the core of who we are is appreciation.
When we are more authentic,
By aligning with who we truly are,
We amplify our essence.
And what is our essence?
Yep,
It's all the beautiful attributes of Source we just mentioned,
Including appreciation.
Being in a state of appreciation is the fastest way to return to alignment with our inner beings.
In alignment,
We become more authentic,
More true to who we are.
Any time we are in a state of appreciation,
We feel good.
You cannot feel bad and feel appreciation at the same time.
They are two opposing ends of the emotional spectrum.
Appreciation is such a high vibration that when we focus on things we appreciate,
We are swept into our vortex where everything we desire resides vibrationally.
In that state of being,
We are in pure alignment and are very attractive to everything we desire.
We desire things that we believe will make us feel good when we get them.
By focusing on appreciation,
We can feel good now,
Which opens the door for our desires to come out and play with us in person.
Remember not to practice appreciation to get something or make something happen.
Practice appreciation because it feels so wonderful,
Because we're in alignment with Source.
It's our pleasurable journey that we came for,
On the way to receiving our physical manifestations.
As we enjoy our alignment through appreciation,
We are creating the energetic atmosphere that allows what we want to come into us.
No strain,
No struggle.
Just allowing through appreciation.
So,
Practice amplifying your appreciation every day,
All day.
Make lists and lists of people,
Places,
Things,
And events that you appreciate.
Journal every day and listen to meditations and inspiring talks that thrill your soul with appreciation.
