Welcome to this guided meditation, In My Alignment I Am. This is your guide Marianne Pack, Spiritual medium, Author, And joy advocate. The purpose of this meditation is to align with the vibration of love and joy. Gently close your eyes. Get comfortable and settle into a seated position or lying down. Begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you. Relax and begin to melt into your position. Continue breathing deeply as you scan your body for any lingering tension that needs to be released. Relax and release. As I pause after each affirmation, Allow yourself to feel into each one with the intention to raise your vibration to joy. Let's begin. In my alignment, I am thriving in my wholeness, Spirit, Mind, And body. In my alignment, I am feeling better and better. In my alignment, I am thriving in the stream of well-being. In my alignment, I am tuned in, Tapped in, And turned on to who I really am. In my alignment, I am an expression of source energy in love and joy. In my alignment, I am a powerful influencer as I radiate love into the all that is. In my alignment, I am a trustee of the energy that creates worlds. In my alignment, I am a conduit for the flow of life force through me. In my alignment, I am ready to receive what's ready to flow to me. In my alignment, I am creating the atmosphere for the path to show up. In my alignment, I am allowing things to be better than I ever knew I wanted. In my alignment, I am fulfilling my purpose of joy. In my alignment, I am feeling good, Which allows wonderful things to flow to me. In my alignment, I am worthy simply because I exist. In my alignment, I am worthy of divine guidance from my inner being. In my alignment, I am happy, Healthy, And prosperous. In my alignment, I am a powerful creator because I can focus energy. In my alignment, I am enriched by loving relationships. In my alignment, I am satisfied and eager for more. In my alignment, I am receiving inspiration from my intuition. In my alignment, I am relaxed and at peace. In my alignment, I am creating my life by the story I tell. In my alignment, I am creating my own happiness. In my alignment, I am choosing my thoughts by how they feel. In my alignment, I am a transmitter of love into the world. In my alignment, I am expanding into the best version of myself. In my alignment, I am free to choose what I want. In my alignment, I am speaking my truth in love. In my alignment, I am appreciative and grateful. In my alignment, I am playful in my work. As we close this time of meditation, Be grateful that you have taken the time to align with who you really are as pure positive energy. Take three more final deep breaths. Thanking this energetic life force that is breathing you for its support and guidance. Knowing that it is always there for you. Life force is always as close as your next breath.
