Welcome to this guided meditation.

Ask yourself,

What if?

This is your guide Marianne Pack,

Spiritual medium,

Author,

And joyologist.

Let's set the intention to raise our vibration to love and joy.

Get comfortable and settle into a seated position and gently close your eyes.

Begin with a few deep breaths to summon life force through you.

Relax and breathe as you melt into your position,

Releasing any lingering tension.

Relax and release.

As I pause after each question,

Allow yourself to feel into each one.

Let's begin.

What if I actually made feeling good my number one priority,

No matter what?

What if I chose to deliberately think of things that feel good?

What if I trust Source to be my source of all things?

What if I relax and allow good things to flow in?

What if I look for more things I love?

What if I decide to do the things I love?

What if I practice more deep breathing to summon life force through me?

What if I look at people and circumstances through the eyes of Source?

What if I look for more humor in life?

What if I find more things to laugh at?

What if I really love and adore myself like my inner being loves me?

What if I spend more time in appreciation for my physical well-being?

What if I praise my body for its service to me in this lifetime?

What if I took my body out for a walk in nature more often?

What if I have fun all along the way?

What if I relax and allow more money to flow in?

What if I allow my abundance to easily provide for my financial responsibilities?

What if I allow myself the freedom to travel anywhere in the world?

What if I allow myself the freedom to work from anywhere?

What if I rendezvous with delightful people everywhere I go?

What if I know everything is already done and waiting for me to relax and allow it to flow in?

What if I check my bank account and there are unexpected deposits made on my behalf?

What if there are unexpected checks in the mail?

What if there is more than enough money for my thriving?

What if money flows in easy?

What if money flows in and out as easily and abundantly as the air I breathe?

What if I feel secure,

Safe,

And well cared for?

What if so much money flows in that I increase the economy of others?

What if money flows in easily simply by practicing more allowance?

What if it really doesn't matter what work I choose yet money flows in with ease from from unlimited sources and avenues?

What if everything always works out for me?

What if there truly is only love?

What if Source loves us all equally?

What if Source never condemns anyone ever?

What if I love unconditionally like Source?

What if I see everyone through the eyes of love?

What if I bask more in feeling joyful?

What if I look for more positive aspects in every person and situation?

What if I become more aware of synchronicities that are winks from the universe?

What if I trust that I can be,

Do,

And have anything I desire?

What if I imagine a life of happily ever after?

What if I conjure the good feelings I desire even before I see any physical manifestation?

What if I accept that feeling good is the first manifestation?

What if I always expect good things to come to me?

What if I know I am worthy simply by my existence?

What if the image of where I am going becomes dominant in my vibration?

What if I become masterful at the art of allowing?

What if I get really good at telling a new story and it begins to come true?

What if I continue to receive more and more inspiring ideas?

What if I always come into alignment before I take any action?

What if I anticipate the solutions and answers before they arrive?

What if I trust that I am the cause of the effect I experience?

What if I let everyone else off the hook for my happiness?

What if I trust that my emotions indicate the direction I am heading?

What if soothing myself is the key to releasing resistance?

What if I pick a good-feeling word and play with it in my mind for a while?

What if life is really supposed to be fun?

What if I decide to have more fun every day?

What if I decide not to beat up on myself anymore?

What if I begin to really like myself,

Even love myself?

What if I follow my bliss more?

What if I follow my path of least resistance more often?

What if that turns into my path of most allowance?

What if I feel more aligned with my inner being?

What if the evidence of my alignment is feeling more joyful?

What if I practice appreciation every day?

What if I become a person of appreciation?

What if I'm satisfied during the vibrational process of becoming?

What if I am always eager for more because life always calls more through me?

What if I am at peace with where I am?

What if where I am is enough?

What if I am enough?

What if everything is unfolding perfectly?

What if as I feel better,

Life keeps getting better?

What if I really am the center of my universe?

What if I align my point of attraction with that of my inner being?

What if I really believe that I create my own reality?

What if my life really is this wonderful?

What if I know that I know that I am love and joy embodied?

What could happen?

As we close this time of meditation,

Be grateful that you have taken the time to align with who you really are as pure positive energy.

Take three more final deep breaths,

Thanking this energetic life force that is breathing you.

When you are ready,

You may wiggle your fingers and toes to signal to your body that you are returning to the present moment.

As you open your eyes,

Remember this feeling of pure positive energy that supports your natural well-being.

You may choose to write your own list of what-if questions or use some of these and play with your imagination in creating the life of your dreams.
