You know those kinds of recurring dream-states where you feel like you’re flying? Where you suddenly discover that you can actually do it—or, better yet, realize that you’re actually right in the middle of executing this miraculous capability?

These, here, are the sorts of sounds that I typically hear when I’m able to suddenly launch off the floor or ground, just using the force of will and the mental impulse to do it. I find myself horizontal, cruising casually and in full control 30 or so feet over the heads of a crowd of people. In a few moments, some look up to discover what I’m actually doing, and their audible signs of unrestrained astonishment is both palpable and deeply gratifying.
It’s amazing. Indelible. Intoxicating.
Perplexing, maximum-potential, crazy power-of-the-human-mind kinda stuff.

The environmental sounds in those far-our episodes are virtually diaphanous—a barely there whisper of orbiting sonic envelopment that floats along with and encircles the elevated body, in the gentlest of ways.

My sleeping mind truly loves when I can call up and savor this fleeting, dreamed ability, such that I get a surge of wondrous joy when it happens inside of that slumber world.

So, I am glad to hear of these here ethereal cousins of such somnolent, sonic whispers, and that they sound as uplifting and ineffable IRL as when I’m in that fantastical dream-state of mine... 🙌🏼🙏🏼☮️
