Hey,
Welcome to One Whole Being.
This is a sacred space to rest,
Relax and let go.
This is a safe space to heal,
Release emotions,
Find peace of mind,
To feel more love and to shine your beautiful light.
Thank you for being here.
Make yourself as comfortable as you possibly can.
You can do this sitting down or lying down or whatever you need to do just to make your body as comfortable as it can possibly be in this moment.
Just move the arms and the legs a bit and just release any tension in those parts of the body.
And you can do this with your eyes open or closed,
Whichever feels best for you.
And I invite you to let go of any thoughts about the past and let go of any thoughts about the future and also to just let go of any thoughts about the present.
Just for these next few moments,
Let your mind be at rest and come fully into this moment.
This moment that took an entire universe 13.
8 billion years to create and start to connect deeply with your breath,
This breath that is the foundation of life.
Every breath is a gift.
Just notice your breath as it comes in and out.
Notice how it feels as that breath comes into the body.
Notice how it feels as it leaves.
Just allow yourself to become more deeply connected with your body as you breathe,
Naturally letting your heart open.
Let's do a practice of whole body gratitude.
This is one of my favorite practices.
I do this every day,
Every morning and you may already have a practice of gratitude counting your blessings and writing it down and that's an absolutely beautiful practice.
And if you're not doing that daily then I definitely invite you to write down five things that you're grateful for each day because that can really shift your perspective on your life.
And here we're going to take that practice of gratitude onto a deeper level,
Into what I call whole body gratitude and that's feeling the energy of gratitude resonating throughout your whole body and this can bring so much joy and such a powerful shift in perspective.
And I see gratitude as a transformational energy that we can all tap into in any moment to help shift our perspective on life and on the world around us and one true moment of gratitude can really change the way you see things.
So let's practice that now together and just for this next minute I invite you to think of as many things as you can that are currently in your life that you're grateful for and start each one with I am so thankful for and then list the blessings that are currently in your life and as you think of the blessings in your life really drop into that feeling of gratitude and connect with that energy of being thankful and it's a beautiful energy gratitude is,
It's a beautiful place to be in and as you count your blessings you can really drop into that feeling of being thankful and start to let that feeling just resonate throughout your heart,
Throughout your body,
Almost as if every cell is being touched by this energy of gratitude and stay connected with that feeling of gratitude as I read out the statements of thankfulness and you can either repeat them after me or just listen and stay connected with that feeling of whole body gratitude I'm thankful for my body,
I'm thankful for my mind,
I'm thankful for my heart,
I'm thankful for my energy,
I'm thankful for my home,
I'm thankful for my life,
I'm thankful for the earth,
I'm thankful for the sun,
I'm thankful for all of the stars that created the matter for this earth and this body,
I'm so thankful to be here and then just for these next few moments drop deeply into that energy of gratitude letting it resonate throughout your heart and your body and all the cells in your body and I'll repeat that list one more time and feel free to say repeat them after me and drop even more deeply into that feeling of gratitude now I'm thankful for my body,
I'm thankful for my mind,
I'm thankful for my heart,
I'm thankful for my energy,
I'm thankful for my home,
I'm thankful for my life,
I'm thankful for the earth,
I'm thankful for the sun,
I'm thankful to all the stars that created the matter for this world and this body,
I'm so thankful to be here and then just for the next few moments letting that feeling of gratitude resonate to every cell of your body,
There are trillions of cells in the body and just let each cell vibrate with that energy of gratitude and this is whole body gratitude,
It's something that you can practice every day to lift your spirits,
To feel more joyful and to shift your perspective on life,
