Which I have specially prepared for you.
I suggest you do this meditation every night before going to bed and save it to your favorites to easily find it later,
As you might not be able to listen to it until the end.
It's okay if you fall asleep before finishing.
It will continue to work on your subconscious while you rest deeply.
Have you ever noticed that when everything starts to go well in your life,
When things flow as you wish,
Suddenly you feel blocked?

The mind can sometimes make us feel like there's no solution to our problems,
That we're trapped.
This isn't the first time it has happened,
Right?
Sometimes,
Just thinking about it makes us feel like the world doesn't want us to do well.
Or maybe,
Deep down in our subconscious,
We believe we don't deserve something good.
It's like reaching the end of a level in a video game.
This is the end of a stage.
Remember,
We have our mind and our mind is powerful.
The sooner you learn to harness this power,
The faster everything you want to achieve will happen.
Today,
We will practice a meditation on worthiness and attracting abundance into your life because you deserve all the good that life has to offer.
Find a comfortable position in a place where no one will disturb you for the next 30 minutes.
Once you're comfortable,
Close your eyes,
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your abdomen with air in a relaxed manner without seeking deep breaths.
Exhale preferably through your nose,
Although you can do it through your mouth if it's more comfortable for you.
Feel how little by little your body relaxes more and more.
Focus on your breath,
On the beats of your heart.
Breathe deeply.
Feel the air entering through your nose.
And as you exhale,
Visualize the number 3 on a black background three times.
Repeat the process with the number 2.
Repeat the process with the number 1.
Now,
You are more relaxed.
This level of mental concentration improves the efficiency of this meditation,
Helping you gain greater control over your body and mind.
Let your body relax more.
Feel your mind calm,
Undisturbed.
Feel the air entering through your nose,
Going down your throat,
Filling your lungs and slowly releasing it.
Focus only on my voice and your breath.
Feel how your body relaxes more and more.
Feel the relaxation in your forehead,
The weight of your eyes.
Relax your jaws,
Your mouth and your lips.
Feel a tingling in your neck.
Relax your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands and your fingers.
Feel the weight of your back on the surface where you are.
Relax your chest,
Your stomach and feel how this relaxation reaches your entire body.
Every cell in your body becomes more and more relaxed.
Your legs,
Your feet and your toes are heavy and relaxed.
Enjoy this present moment.
Feel your breath smooth and pleasant,
Doing absolutely nothing.
In this state,
Mentally repeat these positive affirmations.
I eliminate any negative thoughts that prevent me from moving forward.
I accept any improvement in myself.
I release any resistance.
I move towards where I want to go.
I have a clear vision of my new life.
So it is and so it will be.
If thoughts come to your mind,
Let them pass without paying attention to them.
Refocus on your breath.
Inhale and exhale slowly and effortlessly.
We are going to enter a deeper level of concentration and relaxation.
I will count from 10 to 1 and as I count,
You will feel yourself entering a deeper level of concentration,
Where your body and mind will be in perfect harmony.
10 9 8 Deeper and deeper.
7 6 Deeper and deeper.
5 4 3 A deeper and more perfect level.
1 You are now at a deeper and more pleasant mental level of concentration,
Where attention is almost perfect.
Enjoy this state where it is just you,
Feeling a sense of peace and well-being.
Imagine a chalkboard in front of you.
Take a piece of chalk and write these phrases.
I deserve happiness.
I deserve all the good and allow all the good to come to me.
All the good comes to my life because I deserve it.
I am no longer afraid of making mistakes.
I trust myself.
Every day I make the best decisions in every moment.
I am pure success.
I decide to unlock my mind and accept change.
I accept abundance in health,
Money and love.

Observe this chalkboard and feel how you feel better and better.
