How's it going?

My name is Alejandro Martinez Norte and today I'll guide you towards a deep and restful sleep.

You just need to relax and let my voice guide you.

I suggest you save this audio so you can use it again if you like because I assure you won't hear it until the end.

Now find a comfortable position and mentally check your room to ensure everything is cozy for you.

I want to invite you to breathe calmly,

At your own pace.

Try to bring the air into your abdomen.

Abdominal breathing will send a signal of calmness to your central nervous system,

Indicating it's time to relax.

Inhale through your nose,

Filling your abdomen with air in a relaxed manner.

We're not seeking deep breaths today.

Exhale preferably through your nose as well,

Although you can do it through your mouth if it's more comfortable.

One breath leads to the next.

Feel the gentle flow of air through your body.

Let yourself be carried away by your breath.

Feel your body settling into your mattress.

Feel yourself relaxing more and more.

Let go of all the tension from your daily activities.

Focus on your face.

Now relax your eyelids.

Relax your cheeks.

Relax your temples.

Relax your cheekbones.

Relax your jaw.

Release.

Loosen.

Let go of the tension while your body continues to breathe calmly.

Now focus on your shoulders,

Relaxed.

Relax your neck.

This area tends to accumulate a lot of muscle tension.

Release those tensions.

Let them go.

Breathe.

Be aware of your body.

Now focus on your arms.

They are relaxed in the right position for you.

Now bring your attention to your abdomen,

Which expands and contracts with the rhythm of your breath.

You can perceive the perfect dance that leads you to deep relaxation.

Inhale and exhale.

The air enters your body to cleanse and heal everything that needs healing.

Now focus your attention on your legs,

Comfortably stretched out.

If you find any tense spots,

Release them.

Your legs are already relaxed.

Now we focus on your feet.

Allow your feet to release any tension.

Your whole body is deeply relaxed.

There's nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Tomorrow will be another day,

And whatever comes up,

You'll know how to deal with it.

Wisely,

Whatever arises.

So here and now,

You can allow yourself to let go of worries.

So here and now,

You can allow yourself to feel this serenity and calmness in the stillness of this moment.

So here and now,

You can allow yourself to feel your whole body relaxed,

Breathing.

This moment is perfect just as it is.

You lack nothing.

You have nothing extra.

Inhale and exhale.

Sleep.

Rest.
