Breathing in and out through the right nostril, this breathing exercise will give you energy and vitality, just how the sun does. Block off your left nostril with your left thumb and breathe gently through your right nostril. Do this exercise sitting up and when you feel you need a boost of energy. Happy breathing!

Hi my name is Martine and today we'll be doing a sun breath.

This breath will increase vitality,

Energy and mood.

Block off your left nostril with your left thumb and breathe in and out through the right nostril.

So let's begin.

Taking a deep breath in and out through the right nostril.

Receiving the energy of the Sun,

The giver of life.

See if you can bring in the breath in a gentle and slow way.

Noticing any changes in your body.

Take a deep breath in through both nostrils and observe how you feel after doing this practice.
